-and see if you're any better than the average idiot!
This is a terrific test, albeit a couple months dated... very enlightening. But not in a good way... the pitiful results betray the fact that a solid majority of Americans have absolutely no idea what's going on in this country.
80% of the voting public doesn't have a clue-
and got less than half right!
This goes some ways towards explaining how a shady post-turtle like Barack Obama found his way into the Oval Office- and how the public can continue to be so easily manipulated by the thoroughly-discredited MSM hacks that endeavor to prop him up.
And there are no trick questions here - just a very simple test to see if you are current on your information. It's only a dozen questions... but NO Googling during the test, kids~
I just took it and got two wrong, I'll admit... but that's still good-enough to put me in the 94%tile, what does that tell you about the American voter today...

Frightening.
The Freepers get 1 or 2 "wrong" and are in shock. The rest of those taking the test "fail" miserably. Apparently, one could get half of the answers wrong and still be in the 70th percentile!
We got a problem. And, we also have an explanation as to how we got The Mombasa Moonbeam as POTUS.

I missed the one about the three branches of government. I put Congress, the Senate, and the President". Good one.
The only reason I got the humor here is that Jay Leno ran a five-second tape of Schumer saying it. I saw it nowhere else.
Now, if Palin had said it, it would have been featured on every news channel constantly for the next two years.

Me too, that’s the one I missed. I use a cheapie cell phone and cell phone plan that makes calls, sends texts and that’s it. I’m not “smart” when it comes to “smart phones” :)

Me too. The rest of the answers are tattooed on my brain as I watch the disaster of the O administration. Wish I could just ignore the news but it’s just too scary.

I am sad to say, i am a dumb freeper, i got three wrong! Since when is National Defense the largest part of the budget? are they including things like Pelosi’s plane rides? missed the Tarp and the Android, so sounds like while not as good, still have the same level, i think it is due to test taking anxiety!
To: Reaganite Republican
Only missed part of TARP repaid
and what the govmt spends most on. I ans medicare.

A good question would be to name the three branches of government and ask every Senator to answer it.

Relax. No one is happy with the official answers on a number of the questions. The weird thing is that 70% of those taking the dumb quiz got more than HALF the answers wrong.
In school, you would have gotten 9/12... good for 75% or a C+, but grading on the curve, you get A-! And I know you were up all night with Sallie Sue and were not expecting a surprise quiz in Social Studies this morning!
Pa is going to see that you are in the 80th percentile on your report card and will lend you the car this Saturday night.

“More than half” and “national defense” were the correct answers. It is showing you what the correct answers were.

Bummer, I missed 2: The budget and tarp questions (I thought that the biggest part of the budget was interest, and that less than 1/2 of the tarp funds had been paid back.)
