Good news girls, Michelle Obama wants to subsidize your boobs! Or at least the lactose producing parts of them. As part of her “Let’s Move” initiative, she wants to give you a tax break for breastfeeding your infant. Even better, she wants to force your employer to make sure you can!

When my wife became pregnant with our third and final child, her employer took one of the offices on her floor and installed a sink, dishwasher, small sofa, rocking chair, refrigerator, and small library inside. They did it for her as their kind offering, not as a mandate.

FWIW, my wife was a strong vocal critic of women who take maternity leaves and then shaft their employer by not returning to work.

The company happens to be owned by two brothers who are vilified in the media and by liberals as capitalist pig tycoons. While the laws of free enterprise and business are always a constant, when measured against the talent and will of good employees, the company always accomplishes both by putting the employee first. It's just a matter of selecting and keeping the good employees over the bad.
