2-3 pounds fatty stew meat.
1 very large yellow onion, chopped.
Cumin, Chili powder, salt red pepper.
3 Jalapenos chopped. (Or habanero)
Crushed tomatoes
Can tomato sauce
2 tsp Daves Insanity sauce (if you want mild, omit this) Warning: Dave’s Insanity Sauce is a byproduct of Chernobyl and has the effect the next morning of a wood rasp.

Brown meat, add onion, cook till onion soft. Add everything else. Stir, turn down heat and cook for 2 hours.
