In Atlanta, GA, a disgruntled union goon assaulted a Tea Party member as he was walking by; taking the man and throwing him into a fence. The worst part about the video aside from the thug is the fact that the police officer protects and let’s the union member get away after it happened right in front of him. He also claims he never saw it…right.

if there are witnessed FILE CHARGES FOR ASSAULT
and FILE CHARGES AGAINST THE COP FOR DERLICTION OF DUTY
Especially if you got a handful of witnesses who saw it AND saw the cop watching it.
And the police wonder why the public turns against them.
The answer is obvious.When a goon grabs you,hurt him.Badly.Eyes,genitals,knees,insteps,throat-learn the targets and how to strike them.
Reminds me of old time wrestling. Bad guy pulls a “foreign objest” out of his trunks. Rakes the good guys face with it. Referee sees nothing. Crowd goes nuts.
Stuff like this can be on the evening news (well, Fox at least).
I would hope the Tea Partiers counter-protesting at these evens have figured out that one of every three of them should be on camera duty recording everything that happens.
I have the same respect for union goons as I have for rabid coyotes. Both are dangerous if you’re not careful, dangerous enough that I don’t particularly mind what someone does in self defense as long as they put the threat down. Permanently if possible.
Too often lost in the homage to police and fireman after 9-11 is the fact that too many of these cops and firemen are union thigs who have the cushiest deals provided for them by democrats in return for their endorsement an contributions.
Never mentioned are the budget busting deals they get - like “high three” retirement deals where they inflate their pensions to over $100,000/year by overtime, or their ability to retire in their forties and collect that amount, plus free medical care, the rest of their lives. Most just get another cop job with another retirement, and then a security guard job with some contractor to get a social security retirement.
This particular cop is another union thug taking care of his buddies.
The implications are clear and straightforward: LEOs cannot be trusted, and have, in effect, declared war on the rest of us. Thus, they have written for themselves an epitaph of infamy.
They have set the rules of engagement. Let them howl when they are applied in like manner.
This is more lileky a big city issue. Local LE is pretty much on the side of the citizen in this neighborhood.

Seems to me the face of the thug that slammed the man into the fence is very, very clear and very, very visible. They should freeze the photo and put it on the air to find that person. Looks simple enough to me and they have it on tape.
