I am OK with that. Consider the alternative view advocating HAARP will induce the fault in May during the "simulation" as a cover to impose martial law.
Similarly, there are those claiming event activity in ARKANSAS is purposefully being under-reported, which is contrary to this USGS report that includes them.
The frequency of recorded events is relatively new. FEMA has been planning the simulation for some time now, so it is not like they are planning in response to the events. We all know they do not move that fast. It took seven days to get water to the superdome. I think it was probably late 3Q2010 when they realized the Eastern Interconnect could get wacked and it would take 10 days to restore.
Coincidence is a funny thing though, and one can sometimes read way to much into it. Remember the fella who said that May 21, 2011 is the correct date, not Dec 21, 2011? I wonder if he knew it was the day after the FEMA exercise.
