I see a fee (tax?) on my telephone bill called the infrastructure fee (has been there since the 90s at least)... so that people in remote parts of my state (Texas) can get 'reasonably priced' service.

What a crock... these people either need to move closer to civilization (is not my fault they live in the sticks) or they should pay higher rates. There's no reason I/we should subsidize their service.

What is this moratorium bs? Just get rid of it. What do our Congress thugs not understand about getting rid of stuff? No crap like a moratorium leaving bad things in place so our crooks can benefit from them.
