HB 42, the bill pending in the Pennsylvania House that would keep much of ObamaCare from being enforced in Pennsylvania, is being held in the Appropriations Committee until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on challenges to the law socializing American medicine, according to Appropriations Chairman Bill Adolph (R-165).
The idea, according to his staff, is to simplify any tweaking that may be needed.

Won't you have a NEW legislature by the time the Supremes get around to it? Obama wants the Supremes to hold off so he and Sibelius can get much of Obama care implemented thereby intimating the SCOTUS and making it all that much more difficult to reverse. Obama is not a fool and as naive as the talkers on AM radio would have you believe. EVERYTHING Obama does has a very specific reason and maybe only Soros knows the end result.

It sounds like a GOP committee chairman just doesn't want to deal with it.
