If this case is to be heard again for real there is not even a chance that the weak argument you are making will hold even the slightest weight over the decision.
The case you cite is not a case whereas the issue was a NBC Constitutional issue and will not hold any bearing at all on a decision. Motions will easily dismiss such a weak precedent being that there was no case before the Court at all to argue the Constitutional NBC issue. You cant have a decision whereas there was no defense.

Again nonsense..... The USSC decision Wong Kim Arc provided the distinction between Natural and native born citizenship using the 14th Amendment as a basis for it’s reasoning.
Prior to WKA all born citizens were those born to two citizen parents with those born “in country” having the higher quality of NBC. See jus sanquines (citizen by parenthood), and jus sanquines plus jus solis the highest quality of born citizenship.....Natural Born Citizenship.
In deciding WKA the USSC established jus solis alone as a basis for born citizenship, completely disregarding the citizenship of the parents. This ruling did not “establish” anchor babies because it requires the non citizen parents to have aliegance (sic)to the US in order for the child to attain citizenship by native birth.
While all “natural born citizens are “born” citizens not all born citizens are natural born citizens.
