Just as they did with Obamacare, the Dems won't give up tax dollars to fund Planned Parenthood to pass the budget, and this time even if they have to shut down the government!
Sadly, abortion is legal, but that's not enough. They want us to pay Planned Parenthood CLAIMING it's for women's health. But according to Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood director, who is now prolife, the money all goes to the same account at the end of the day.

Harry Reid’s quote: “The issue is ideology, not numbers ... The two main issues that are holding this matter up are ... REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS (emphasis mine) and clean air. These matters have no place on a budget bill.”
No, Harry, the budget bill is no place to force tax payers to pay for abortions. (And I think he threw in clean air to make his case, but pro-lifers know the real reason why the Dems want to shut down the govt.)

Likewise, Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) said that her party would not “allow” a budget “to keep the government funded” that doesn’t include funding for Planned Parenthood.”
