I was at work reading along and saw k5’s thread get vaped.
I like how he curses and then ‘praises God’, that’s a nice touch.
His handler at DU must have taught him that one.
Yeah, they’re a funny lot for sure. Awful sure of themselves with little to back it up beyond blind allegiance. And, I’m being kind...
My wife and I said the same thing this morning. We want to see the body. Already, we've had fake photos aired. Supposedly the body has been dumped at sea. What's going on? Some of this just doesn't feel right. I want independent proof. I admit I haven't read all the threads, but color me skeptical for now.
Neither do I.
And just FYI - we heard about it first thing this morning our time. (Between 7 and 8 a.m.)
The initial reaction was elation.
Then, people started hearing about his hasty sea burial and the compound burning and troops here were expressing skepticism before FR came alive with it.
One young Army Captain said "Oh, if it turns out this was faked, Obama is finished."
So, at least from my perspective, there's a lot of questioning of what's being reported going on among the ranks.
Osama supposedly ate it last Monday morning, if so Obama’s statements last night about “This morning” would have to be pre-recorded.
And many of the press releases would also have to have been pre-written.
Not that the press hasn’t prewritten releases before.
We’ve spotted them posting articles with future dates and ‘future’ news on them before.
Usually to be flushed down the memory hole until it is convenient to rerelease.
As for disposition of the corpse, I don’t buy it either.
Too convenient.
Especially since it takes awhile to do a DNA test, and they had to have waited for confirmation of the results before stating they got him.
Which points to him having bought it last Monday.
Yeah, we need a Che Guevera moment where the corpse is publicly displayed and confirmed as “the real deal.”
Too many questions, IMO, to blindly accept what we’re being told. Until the timeline can be worked out, and DNA can be confirmed, I’m not going to celebrate. I just don’t trust this administration. Period.
Agreed, I don’t trust zero further than I can bicycle joust him.
And since that is an impossibility, that means I don’t trust him at all -for those readers from mid Californistan.
Been out golfing since the am. Boy, am I pooped. And don’t ask about the score... :)
Any more scoop since I’ve been gone? I saw on another thread I was called to that that k5 fella may have been zotted. Is that true? That would be great.
Great! Those two zots today just made my day for me. What a way to forget a forgettable round of golf...
It has been an odd day here.
But not important on this end.
I left the house about 8:20 and didn’t return home until 4:45. It’s now 5:39. We played a course about 30 miles away, then had to stop afterward for something to eat. And we didn’t play that fast, so it ate up just that much more time.
I’m going to pour a big, tall, glass of ice water, sit back and relax. After eating so late, there’s no way I’m going to want dinner. I told the wife to pick something up for herself on the way home. I’m absolutely beat.
I got off work at 0400 this morning and have been shuffling like a zombie the rest of the day.
Other than that.. no ambition.
