AP Misreporting Release of Obama's Birth Certificate
RightWire.net ^ | 27 APril 2011 | Tax Nomo

I like the part where they say "makes him eligible to hold the office..." That's BS.

Even if Obama was born in Hawaii, as he claims, there are still numerous issues regarding his eligibility that need to be resolved. Did he have birth citizenship in Great Britain through his father? Is the child of a non-citizen a "NATURAL BORN" citizen, or not? Did Obama have Indonesian citizenship through his adoption by Lolo Soetoro? What kind of a passport did Obama use to enter Pakistan in 1981?...

The COLB released today says it may be an ABSTRACT of the true record?

Why is the father’s race listed as African, that is not a race? Looks legit, so why did he wait to release it? Also he said last month that his copy it had been burned in a fire, so where did this come from? The Governor of Hawaii said it was missing where did this come from?

Does't the long form usually have weight and length of the baby? Father born in Africa ,not NBC. The media will call it done deal.

And don’t forget...why is Zero using a social security number that belongs to a dead man? The whole thing smells. Here we have Zero on the fast track to academic privilege (Ivy League and eventual Law Review editor, where he never wrote a single article), at the same time Saudi Arabia gives Harvard a new building...$350 million. We never see his academic record. Ever. And a few years later, Saudi Arabia is overheard laughing that they’ve bought the US Presidency and control the US. Nothing to see here. Move along and buy a Volt or shut up and sit down.

Is Being a Born Citizen of the United States Sufficient Citizenship Status to be President? The Founders and Framers Emphatically Decided It Was Not!

Making the issue all about the birth certificate was the Obot strategy from the beginning. Brilliant strategy except Trump forced Obama to show his hand about a year earlier than he wanted.

Come on, the issue is over.

If if you were somehow able to pull off the impossible and get this before a federal court, precedent clearly supports him being a natural born citizen. His parent weren't diplomats, they had a permanent residence in the US, and he was born at Kapiolani. He was a citizen at the time of his birth and any court in the United States would concur.

Let's move on.

How credible is any source still fixated upon Pakistan circa 1981. THERE WAS NO TRAVEL BAN.

If this certificate is legit, and it appears to be, the rug has been pulled out from under any argument that Obama is ineligible for the Presidency. All along the Obama defenders justified the refusal to offer the certificate by saying the critics were too unreasonable to accept it. If they got it they’d just move the goalposts. And you feed right into that.

Maybe it’s time to deal with the issues that don’t need any grand loony conspiracies. Stuff clearly understood by anybody. Gas prices, inept foreign policy, cronyism. You know, grownup political issues.

Since the beginning of this issue the real question has been ignored. What is the legal definition of the term ‘natural born citizen’ in the Constitution? Can you have two foreign born parents (but be born in America) and still be President? Or one foreign parent? Or do you need to be born of two American citizen parents as has been the definition for most of country’s history and was so at the time of our Founding.

This question you will notice is never addressed by the MSM at all, nor by even many alternative media outlets as well. The birth certificate issue has been set up as a smoke screen in order to deflect from this, the real question that needs to be answered.

A lawyer in New Jersey has tried to pursue this question legally but of course to no avail. It is an extremely important issue and should not be discarded or ridiculed. Here is his website explaining the issue:

http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/

We have today a democrat political party that has objectives to maintain open borders and grant amnesty to illegal’s entering this nation. This same political party would also like to eliminate the electoral college in order to have the mass population centers (cities) rule the voting process, and now also we have a movement on the left to do away the ‘natural born citizen’ requirement in the Constitution thus allowing someone with foreign allegiances to become President. This is a prescription for the demise of our nation.

If you care about this nation and the rule of law then I implore you to address the real issue involving Presidential eligibility under the Constitution.

"deal with the issues"

Of course, you're right, but that won't stop the birthers...at least the diehard ones. I think Obama made a huge mistake. He should have waited until about one week before the election if the Trumpster managed to get nominated. That would have pulled the rug right out from underneath him (Trump). However, we should start concentrating on important issues and get this conspiracy garbage behind us.

The child of a NON-CITIZEN is NOT a natural born citizen, regardless of whether he was born in the US. A natural born citizen requires 2 American born parents. Hussein’s father was born in Kenya. End of story. But naturally those brave defenders of the Constitution commonly known as Republicans will hide under their desks as usual, not DARING to mention the fact that Obama is NOT qualified to be in the Oval office. That you can BANK on.

It does look legit. I have a question, why is his father’s race listed as African? There is no such race. Why did the governor of Hawaii say the BC was missing, where did this one come from? Why did barry say his copy of the original get burned in a house fire at his grandmother’s, where did this one come from?

(page 246)
And the constitution itself contains a direct recognition of the subsisting common law principle, in the section which defines the qualification of the President. “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President,” &c. The only standard which then existed, of a natural born citizen, was the rule of the common law, and no different standard has been adopted since. Suppose a person should be elected President who was native born, but of alien parents, could there be any reasonable doubt that he was eligible under the constitution? I think not.

(pg 250)
6. Upon principle, therefore, I can entertain no doubt, but that by the law of the United States, every person born within the dominions and allegiance of the United States, whatever were the situation of his parents, is a natural born citizen.

Obama’s COLB is missing this text at the bottom along with signatures:

“THIS CERTIFIES THAT THE ABOVE IS A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECORD ON FILE IN THE RESEARCH, PLANNING AND STATISTICS OFFICE

HAWAII STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH”

Instead Obama’s has Onaka’s signature stamp indicating that it may also be an ABSTRACT.

How about these issues?

Election fraud

Social Security fraud

Document fraud (forged Selective Service Registration)

Let it be argued in our Courts and in the Congress. Your interpretation will lose. Your interpretation does not even make for common sense being that it would allow someone with foreign allegiances to become President.

How about forgetting about Obama’s personal life and focusing on the big issues... like how he’s destroying the country throught his actions? Like everyone else, I’d like to know more about Obama’s private life. But first let’s concentrate on defeating Obama on the big issues: the public debt, the economy, energy, defense, etc.

I saw this posted on The Smoking Gun.

Try the following: Save off a copy of the exact PDF file the White House has released as Obama's birth certificate this morning. Find yourself a copy of Adobe Illustrator (not Photoshop), and load up the PDF file in Illustrator. Then click on the center of the image of the birth certificate, then right-click on the center of the image, and click Release Clipping Mask. Have fun...
