On second pass, I looked at about 20 different photos of Stanley Ann Dunham and I do not see that vertical line in the center of top lip.

The shape of the lips, like an "M", is there, and the lines between the nose and lips called the "angel's harp" is the same, but the picture is not clear enough to discern a vertical line on her actual top lip area.

Take a look at this FR thread which has a pictures of a man who was a black panther back in the day, and knew Stanley Ann. More info on that thread. Check out the pics of a panther named “Pete” and see if he is not the commie spittin’ image of President Urkel himself. Urkel would not want a black panther to be known as his father, so he made up the BHO 1, the Kenyan as his dad. Which was stupid since having a foreign dad makes him ineligible for POTUS, but a younger Barry never thought he’d make it that far, he didn’t think half of America was that stupid, turns out they were.

Why possibly would they saddle young Stanley Ann with the baby in that situation? Makes no sense to me. Frank Davis does, however, on a purely conjecture level.
