A computer document expert who analyzed the online image of Barack Obama's purported Certificate of Live Birth for WND confirmed there are anomalies inconsistent with a simple scanning process, and there is evidence it has been manipulated, but there's no way to determine exactly what may have been modified.
The end result is that while it is known there were changes, the full extent of operations that were done to the image cannot be determined at this point.
It was analyzed by Ivan Zatkovich of Tampa-based eComp Consultants, which consults on intellectual property for telecommunications, web publishing and ecommerce and has provided services for corporations such as McGraw-Hill, Houghton-Mifflin, Citicorp and Amazon.com. Zatkovich has 28 years experience in computer science and document management and for more than 10 years has been an expert witness providing testimony in federal court in both criminal and civil litigation.
He confirmed that the multiple layers of the PDF document are anomalous.

I agree with everything you’ve said. I work everyday with scanning documents into pdf’s. The ‘explanation’ proffered and accepted is horsecrap. I also worked for years on manual and IBM selectric typewriters - and as others have pointed out, even the typewritten text is fishy.
This thing is as fake as a $2.00 bill.
The image on the White House website is not a scan of a piece of paper. It is impossible for the image on the White House website to have been scanned to pdf from a piece of paper. If the White House color scanned the paper document printed by a copy machine on security paper by Hawaii DOH then it WOULD HAVE chroma aberrations around the black text because it is IMPOSSIBLE to scan a piece of paper in color without producing some chroma aberrations around the black text. The green version posted on the White House website has NO color fringing around the black text. None. THE GREEN VERSION ON THE WHITEHOUSE WEBSITE IS NOT A SCAN.

While this whole "assembled" PDF document the White House put out could be a ruse and trap to further embarrass the "birthers" as Mario considered in his new article, I had another thought. What's to say that the copies given to Obama's lawyer sent to Hawaii, and attested to by Hawaiian officials, actually show the same information on those two paper copies that is now being displayed on the internet in this very badly assembled PDF document.
As I recall the former HI director when interviewed in recent weeks, she said when she saw the alleged original Obama birth registration document she said it was half typed and half hand written. What we are being shown on the net is something that is entirely typed except for the signatures. That does not comport with what the former HI Health Dept Director said.
What if the Obama powers sent the lawyer to Hawaii to provide the necessary cover story that they did get two copies of the Obama vital record there ... but the image on the net now is NOT of the paper copies that they picked up ... say because there is something on it that Obama still does not wish to reveal. So he has a version cooked up once again to put online, and someone screwed up and did not flatten the PDF file prior to release to hide the layers. Would Hawaii officials speak up to affirm or deny that what Obama put on the net is not an image of the copy of what they gave to Obama's lawyer. Or would they keep silent in much the same way they did regarding the Certification document, the short form images on the net since Jun 2008. Remember that Hawaii never confirmed that any of those images on the net were copies of something that they issued. Hawaii has been very willing to cooperate with Obama's stonewalling and game playing regarding the vital records in HI for Obama. And, Obama is playing such a cat and mouse game with the American electorate about all his hidden records that one can never tell with him as to what is real or what is memorex. It is a disgrace how this administration is treating the American citizenry. And the main stream media does not call him out on this and instead helps and enables Obama to conduct such offensive disinformation tactics on the American electorate. Journalism no longer exists in this nation. The media should be ashamed.

So, a deal was struck between the Republicans and Democrats not to make an issue of the natural born clause of the Constitution for either McCain or Obama.
The press keep the pressure on the McCain eligibility issue nearly all the way to election day to deflect scrutiny from Obama’s eligibility problem.
The release of Obama’s Certification of Live Birth in June 2008 was part of the deception.
The deception continues today as does the strange silence of our political elites.
In my opinion, complicity and acquiescence in 2008 explains today’s willful ignorance by the political elites and the main stream media.

The defenders of the COLB say that the layers have to do with scanners and OCR software arbitrarily separating things into layers. The newsies seem to be happy with that explanation. But, I have been looking for a reason this happens with this COLB. Here is what I have discovered.
Irrefutable proof of cut and paste assembly.
There are three types of text, pre-printed, typewritten, and ink stamped. And, then there are the pre-printed graphics. One would expect that the pre-printed graphics would be the same color as the preprinted text. One would expect the typewritten text somewhat different. And one would expect the ink stamps to be different again, and different from each other.
I have found that most of the pre-printed text matches the typewritten text, instead of the pre-printed graphics. OOPS! Also, The record number that is inkstamped, matches exactly to the typewritten and pre-printed text, EXCEPT for the last “1” which is a different color. So, we are supposed to believe that an ink stamp, or ink pad would make two different colors in one motion? The date accepted stamps are even stranger. The stamp in box 22 has two colors also, the 19 and the 1 at the end are different from the rest of it. The stamp in box 20 has identical digits to the stamp in box 22, but it has two colors also. But, not the same two as in box 22. So, here we are supposed to believe that one ink stamp can print two colors on a single motion, and two different set of two on the next motion.
Some other findings... Stanley’s signature is half one color and half another color. Part of the K in U K L Lee is the wrong color. The check boxes down to 6d are one color and the ones belox are another color. There are at least three different colors of ink in the Doctors check box.
None of the inconstancy is random, not one letter, number or line is partially one color and partially another. Only whole characters are the wrong color.
If you would like to verify what I see, try this. Open the COLB with Photoshop. Select Enhance, Adjust color, replace color. Click on one of the triangles next to the signatures and replace that color with something bright and distinctive. Take a look at what portions of the doc are still black. Repeat this procedure to replace the colors of various parts of the COLB with an assortment of distinctive colors. When you get to a point where there are no more black caricatures, you are ready to analyze the results. What this process does is emphasize the subtle differences in the printed colors.
You will notice that there are numerous. You will see that I have not begun to cover them all here.
Sorry - but this has been hashed and re-hashed. Only one parent in 1961 had to be a US Citizen, and it didn’t have to be the father. This is barking up the wrong tree. Period.
But I firmly believe that every single “birth document” released by Obummer has been a fake, including the most recent. Then again - everything about this alien invader is fake.
