Pardon me for being cynical in the midst of the adulation for Barack Obama but I find it amazing how lefties love the military when one of their own controls it. If Bush were President right now, the left Democrats would be accusing him of “war crimes” for killing bin Laden without a trial.

Before actor Ron Silver had his awakening he was a typical Hollywood liberal. He was originally offended by a USAF fly over at the Clinton inauguration until he realized that, “those are our planes now!”
It’s happened before. Ron Silver complained about the noise of the military jets flying above DC at Clinton’s inauguration until he says he realized “hey, those planes are ours now. Those are our planes.”
Following Sept 11, he became a supporter of GW Bush and a big proponent of the WOT. May he rest in peace.

Don't forget Dee Dee Myers the press secretary for President Clinton. Dee Dee Myers lamented the fact that 9/11 did not happen when Bill Clinton was president. She feeeeeeels that it is a shame Clinton missed being a heroic wartime president.

Right so now you know all the protest when Bush was in office was all a lie. They were never anti-war. They were just anti-Bush.
The way the left thinks is this. When Obama kills someone then that is good. But when a Republican does it then it’s bad. That is the mental level we are dealing with.
If you accept it as a given, like the air we breathe, that the Democrats and the media are our enemies. They are anti-America. Accept that and you won’t be surprised at the way the treat “news.” However, keep fighting them, as you are doing, by bringing it to everyone’s attention.
For the Left, that would be the media and the Democrats, it is all about power, period. No matter the issue, global warming, abortion, capital punishment, health care, etc., the real goal is power. All the rest is charade.
They hate anyone in power if it is not them and they will do anything to gain and keep power. They will, and do lie, cheat and steal to get power. Without the power to shove it down our throats they will never get their agenda done.
