I agree with the notion that, regardless of his eligibility, obama is a disaster. However, making that point while misconstruing the issue or definition of the Constitutional citizenship requirement is not the way to make that point. It's disingenuous at best, blatantly dishonest at worse.

IF he had acknowledged obama's ineligibility first and then made the case that this was not the hill to die on, I might have listened and possibly agreed.

Instead, he lectured, ranted and raved and was incorrect about it. He should stick to talking about the things he knows about.

What many seem to not understand is that the Constitution and the founders' original intent ARE important today. This issue is very important to a number of us and it isn't going away until it is made right.

I think Steyn made a fair assessment of the law tracing it back to English law.

Regardless of that his wider point is that the BC has become a red herring.

Do you seriously think that at this point we are going to get a Judge to say AHA! Obama Is not eligible to hold office!

We had a federal Judge rule that Obamacare was unconstitutional and what happened?

Obama said FU I dont give a **** about the law, I will proceed, Me and all my cronys make the rules

And he laughs while we ignore that BLATANT miscarriage of law and chase the BC

He punks a 30 year allie in egypt, starts a war in libya without even discussing the matter with congress and laughs while we chase the BC
