The Dream Act has been heralded as a good thing for America. However, Americans who are worried about their security should examine this Bill carefully. The Goal of the US Military is to protect the Citizens of the United States. There is a big question that needs to be answered here. What country in the world has or wants illegal aliens in their military. I mean, our military is our last line of defense. Do we really want to depend on illegal aliens in our Military?
Dream Act proponents say to not worry about illegals with a criminal history getting into this program. Yet there are lots of loopholes for the Government to waive the requirement of no "serious crimes" as to eligibility for the program. Look at this verbage on the program:
For example, some students may have committed minor crimes such as misdemeanors before they turned 18; those minor incidents may not hinder their application process for Conditional Permanent Residency as much as being convicted of a felony would. However, since there are no guidelines, we cannot be 100% positive on which crimes would impact ones application.
As the bill is written now Government agencies could "waive" or "twist" the provision of keeping out those with criminal histories on a case by case basis. That's why there are no "hard" rules about crimes in the act. Therefore, we could have minor criminals at best and narco-terrorists at worst in the military. Not a comforting thought for most Americans.

SUBVERSION? Surely you jest. Of course it’s about feminizing and subverting military. Especially eliminating the testosterone from all things American. Seems to be working except for November, 2010.
Illegal aliens would have no qualms about drawing down on and shooting those same citizens the military is supposed to protect on the orders of an illegitimate president.
Which is exactly what the elites want.
Unfortunately, I recall a Rasmussen poll showing the vast majority of Americans and even Republicans in support of a pathway to citizenship for illegals through military service.
And if this nonsense should ever pass and we have more applicants for the military than open slots, who will get the preference: a US citizen or some Dream Act applicant?
And if they start cutting the military and the economy remains anemic, we could have more applicants than openings. But the whole thing is a joke if merely enrolling in college and completing a year or two qualifies someone for the DA.
Ping!
Yeah, look how well it turned out training the Zetas.
The Fed is hell bent on handing this nation over to ruination.
