I have heard that peppers are easy to freeze, just cut ‘em up and put them in a ziplock, right?

I had a bumper crop of peppers last year & that's what I did. I've been using them all winter & still have a little bit left. Be sure to use a heavy-duty ziplock though.

Do you know if it works to freeze onions?

I have been freezing peppers for years but never tried to freezeonions.

Ok, to avoid the dreaded freezer burn, eh? That’s a good tip! I love green peppers. I look forward to my own home grown, that I know are free of pesticides.
