“ICE officials said the memos were designed to provide guidance on exercising appropriate discretion.”

Had I only known all these years that to circumvent a law I didn’t like, all I had to do was write a “policy”.

That’s it, I’ll be writing policies for the rest of the month!!!

They actually think they’re Gods.

Maybe the best counter to this kind of thing is to loudly complain that these illegals are endangering the lives of endangered species of snails and lizards, because they have a habit of cruelly and deliberately stepping on them.

Also, they kick cats and eat dogs.

Calling PETA!

Criminal aliens will be awarded all the rights of citizenship by crooked judges, many of which are on the take and enjoy bribes and benefits offered by other criminals.

I would guess a lot of illegals are going to be looking for cheap lawyers to file Civil Rights claims for them.

Another campaign issue that will need to be highlighted about 0bama. This is the kind of stuff they think the public at large will not hear about. It’s gonna take a candidate who does let the public hear about it and take it out on these punks and traitors running things now. This is 0bama destroying our nation.

It just hit me! This is the Obama administration's answer to the state-based anti-illegal immigration laws like Arizona, Alabama, etc... Instead of suing all of these states (and losing again, and again, and again), they are telling the illegals, simply claim the arresting police officer violated your civil rights and we will not export you back to the hell hole from whence you came!

BINGO! It is not likely a coincidence, since the SCOTUS has just started to rule against Holder and company. But the new policy contains lots more ways for illegals to avoid deportation, for example, this amnesty-by-fiat can be justified by whether the person is currently cooperating or has cooperated with federal, state or local law enforcement authorities, such as ICE, the U.S Attorneys or Department of Justice, the Department of Labor, or National Labor Relations Board, among others.

Wow, if they are working with the NLRB, they don't get deported. How convenient! Illegals can join unions, or form their own, to avoid deportation.

Click on the link for a LONG list of excuses for not deporting illegals.

First "Project Gunrunner," er, I mean "Fast and Furious," and now this. With "Fast and Furious," they tried to keep it secret, but they have the arrogance to create a document defining this amnesty-by-fiat protocol. Looks to me like this is their way of saying, "In your face!"

This is a socialistic third world country, if this is allowed to happen. Conservatism has lost! Please, prove me wrong.

This fiat is Obama's answer to Arizona, Alabama, etc... rather than abiding by the US constitution, Obama is aiding and abetting lawbreakers, advising illegals to simply claim the arresting officer violated their "civil rights" no matter what the offense......child molesters, rapists, killers, etc, all get special rights under this insane govt fiat.

========================================

Clearly, Obama is colluding with foreign countries to undermine US national security. News reports say Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Peru are conspiring to collude with The Anti-Defamation League, The American Civil Liberties Union, the Southern Poverty Law Center and several other civil and immigrant rights groups to infringe on US sovereignty to make laws as we see fit. The co-conspirators filed a federal class-action lawsuit against Georgia's law and are now asking a judge to halt the measure pending the outcome of their case.

======================================

Nothing good has come from this plague of lawbreakers violating our borders. Karl Rove was WRONG----they came from hellholes whining about a "better life".....but that was a ruse. They DID NOT embrace democracy once they had a taste of it as Rove famously said. On the contrary, they are a national security threat-----and are conspiring to tear down democracy---and their home countries are helping them.

Why is it lawbreakers have all these countries.... and the US..... defending their "rights?" And not even one govt is protecting American interests?

How would they KNOW the claim is legit until AFTER it is investigated? AFTER it is investigated and found to be bogus will the feds then scoop up the illegal making the bogus claim and ship his ash back to Mexico or whichever shiite hole country he came from? I don't think so.

Right !

Could those croocks be more specific about those illegal “civil rights” ??

No of course, they can’t ! And it is obvious that this is not the true reason of that move
