Hell Has a New Resident and Mexico Has a New Hero

..THE RAPING AND BLUDGEONING THAT AMERICANS WON'T DO

Obama bizarrely decided to intervene in a death penalty case in Texas on behalf of a rapist and murderer, also international law.

In 1994, he kidnapped 16-year-old Adria Sauceda, raped her with a large stick, and bludgeoned her to death with a piece of asphalt.

Just remember. Obama will not pay your mortgage. But if you rape and bludgeon a 16 year old girl to death... he'll be there for you.

The San Francisco Chronicle asks, "Is Rick Perry Killing His Way To The White House?". Here's a better headline. "Is Obama Defending Stick Rapists and Asphalt Bludgeoners To Stay in the White House". The answer obviously, yes.

Obama picked this fight for two reasons. Reason 1 is the Mexican vote. Reason 2 is Rick Perry. The Vienna Convention on Consular Relations and the Importance of Protecting Rapists and Bludgeoners is a distant hum in the background. As much as Obama is a fan of making US law subsidiary to Pakistani law, this is more about making Perry choose between Texas voting bases and pandering to Mexican voters at the same time.

The Mexican government is already angry. Which can have dangerous implications. What if Mexico decides to boycott us and refuse us to send us their rapists and bludgeoners? How will we find Americans to do their raping and bludgeoning for them?

The perverse part is that Humberto Leal Garcia, oppressed by the racist gringo system of executing murderers, is a cause celebre in Mexico. His last words were, "Viva Mexico". Now the man who bludgeoned a 16 year old girl to death after raping her with a stick becomes a Mexican national hero.

As I understand it, Perry could only have ordered a 30 stay of execution, which in the event, might have actually been more cruel, to the convict and to the victim’s family, than just getting it over with.

"Hell Has a New Resident ..."

I am glad that you are not God. You are not the judge of this man's eternal destiny. Aren't you tired of fomenting vitriol and spewing out hate? It won't bring that poor girl back. May you come to know my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

That Chronicle headline makes you wonder, doesn't it?

I wonder what they said about Clinton's execution of the retarded Ricky Ray Rector in January 1992. Was he "killing his way to the White House" too?

"Why would GWB want this guy to live?!"

Probably because he hears it from Papa, Mama & lil'Jebbie Bush!

If that isn’t the dumbest thing I’ve ever read on FR, it is on a short list!

Supposedly, this killer had lived in the US since he was 1-1/2. I have not seen anything in the press about whether he was an illegal alien, however, I do think it is interesting that the government of Mexico was trying to invoke this treaty, which would apply only if he were a Mexican.

In 2004, the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial body of the United Nations, determined that Leal and some 50 other Mexican Nationals on death row in the United States were entitled to judicial hearings to determine whether there had been a breach of their rights.

After the ruling, then President George W. Bush directed state courts to review the cases. But Texas pushed back, arguing that state courts were not subject to the rulings of an International Court.

In 2008, the issue reached the Supreme Court, which said that Congress would have to pass legislation in order for the ICJ decision to be enforced.

But it was only last month that Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, introduced the Consular Notification Compliance Act, which was meant to facilitate U.S. compliance with consular notification and provide judicial review for these particular foreign nationals who were denied access to their consulate.

I think we all need to acknowledge that GW Bush was not/is not a conservative. He’s at best a moderate, and in reality, to the left of center. Obama and the Dems like to portray him as a conservative, but history belies that. Obama tried to differentiate himself from Bush during the campaign for his own political purposes. He was going to close Gitmo, unlike the “conservative” Bush. He was going to get out of Iraq, unlike the “conservative” Bush. He was going to make the rich pay their fair share of taxes, unlike the “conservative” Bush. He criticized the Bush deficits. But when it came right down to it, he kept Bush’s policies for the most part. The reason is not that Obama is conservative. The reason is that Bush was liberal.

You are correct. The Texas governor can only give a one-time, 30-day stay. He (or she) can commute or pardon a sentence only with the written recommendation of a majority of the members of the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles.

The Board of Pardons and Paroles turned this guy down. So did several other judges and courts on the way up to the Supreme Court.

The San Francisco "journalist" who wrote the piece about Perry "killing his way to the White House" has obviously not bothered to do the slightest bit of actual research.

GWB envisioned a great US-Mexican alliance that would rely on shared values to address known and growing problems.

I’m convinced that he has a blind spot to Mexico’s problems and negatives due to his personal relationships with Mexican people from Texas. It’s a cognitive bias he cannot shake - like the “peaceful Muslim” hangup that some people have. Bush has a good, honest, hard-working family-focused bias toward Mexico. It could be correct in a lot of cases, but it caused him to minimalize or compartmentalize the real bad people and big problems.

Death penalty pushed to heart of presidential race

THE execution of Gary Graham in Texas, who went to his death calling on American blacks to avenge his “lynching” by any means possible, has placed the death penalty on the political agenda at a crucial moment in American politics.

I am only 1/2 Cuban and not Mexican but the “real” racists, the Dems, need to stop thinking that Hispanics will put up with any kind of lawlessness as long as it is practiced by their “own kind.”

Not so. Hispanics who are here LEGALLY and bother to VOTE hate violent crime as much as anybody else. They, after all, usually have to live with it more than other Americans and they get FED UP too.

As far as what illegals think, who cares? Unless, of course, the ‘rats are planning to use them in a massive vote fraud scheme. And that would only be useful in “safe” states like Colley-fornia.
