I follow Free Republic don't post that much and I know we are living challenging days and thus this is to a community I enjoy.
May this find some fun and relaxing to all who have an interest in our great heritage.
Silent Picture 2011. From the late 90's I've always wanted to make a silent picture to recreate the old-time feelings of past era. Piano music and one notable exception within this video makes this video complete. Everyone involved had a blast recreating a by gone ere enjoy.
Well, I like it.
You have real talent, that was a good film.
I look forward to reading your post telling us about how you put it together.
I like it. You’ve skillfully blended old with new. I think there was one T-Model Ford truck in the blend. Loved those white sidewalls on the Model A(?).
My dad took me on my first flight when I was 5 years old. That was 80 years ago. We flew in a Ford tri-motor plane complete with wicker basket seats, open windows and a corrugated metal body.
I’ve loved flying ever since. That is, until advent of the total body search.
Yeah, nice. You are responsible for this video?
I mean responsible in the sense that you created it.
This is your own work entirely?
Very nice! I am introducing my grandchildren to silent movies with this production.
How fun! Those cars were fantastic and a page out of the history books for sure. Your family will treasure this movie and the time making it forever. Good job.
