agree. Iwas chattin with my grandson about food stamps that he didn’t qualify for. I said that food stamps were to keep people from starving. He said he thought it was for people who were just having a hard time. As a Walmart cashier, I see LOTS of people whose hard times are not very hard... Then there are the 50% who cheat to qualify for any handout program.
