Be that as it may (or not), the posting of a fake “document” on government servers a true has GOT to be a felony.
Not if the fake was produced in accordance with the laws and procedures for creating a replacement birth certificate for legal cause such as adoption.
I'm still betting on the Obama was adopted theory till I see better information to the contrary.
