The Walton Family Foundation is funding many many millions to different enviro-nazi groups determined to shut down commercial and sport fishing.
I imagine Sam Walton is spinning in his grave.

Damn, I wonder why our sales in flyover country have fallen off the cliff?
This is downright stupid.

I immediately start to wonder how heavily invested they are in aquaculture.

These environment wackos will never get my fishing rod unless it's from my cold bitter clinging fingers.

Reminds me of how the Clinton admin funneled Federal money to anti-hunting and animal rights activist groups. The big difference here is WE CAN vote with our wallets.
I buy nothing to do with sporting goods at wal-mart. I stick with my local Gun Shops and outfitters, where the people working there actually give a damn about the customer and know something about what they are selling.

I was going to say I had no idea but your theory really makes sense, it fits the liberal think perfectly.

Gonna be damn hard to eliminate fishing among us Michiganders. Michigan is about 60% water.

KMart fell prey to this kind of nonsense. I only go to KMart for sale items that I want now. I will do likewise with WalMart if they go the same way.

looks like they are crony environmentalists....giving to the large organizations that want to shut down the environment and “protect” it....meaning....let it lie dormant, and WATCH it, or if you are rich enough, take a guided trip into it

All the fishing tackle sold in Walmart is made-in-china-crapola. I never shop there.
To: FlyingEagle
I suspected that but I've never been in a Walmart. The wife used to go in once in a while but refuses to now.
I'd bet they figure most people buying their tackle would never know of their donations to anti fishing enviro-nazis.
