Inevitable: Liberals Actually Blaming Republicans for Hurricane Irene (With Pictures)

Hurricane Irene, at this moment, is ravaging the East Coast and will continue to do so for the next few days. It is a hurricane, a natural disaster; it was created by the weather on earth. It has been that way for thousands of years.

The previous paragraph was common sense. Unless, that is, you are a liberal. In that case you might, as unbelievable as it may sound, blame Republicans for causing a storm. Don't believe me? Take a look for yourself: liberals are actually blaming a hurricane on Republicans.

Take this one, for example, which states outright that Republicans "created" Hurricane Irene like they "created economic emergency:"

Or this one, which blames Republican "policies" for "global warming," which then supposed caused Hurricane Irene:

...And if you care to go over to the Politico forum, you can read insane commentary like this:

This horseclinton usually starts from a single source from which leftist freaks like to pretend they thought to say it for themselves. The phrases are similar.

Peas of Sh!t freaks were taught to blame Bush for Katrina when local Democrats sabotaged aversion/relief efforts for political gain.

Wow, that Sabine Mariano girl (@TweetEverstrong) has figured it all out. If only the rich had paid more taxes, there would be no huricane Irene.

The problem with this is, how can you debate and convince people who believe that?

The tweet by that guy Sabine tells me one of two things. That guy is a either a very sarcastic conservative troll who likes to tweak liberals or deceased Obama supporters who have been declared braindead have begun tweeting from beyond the grave.

The soap box nor the ballot box will never convince them of the error. Eventually the remaining box must.

I was just wondering, Is Irene a racist?

I don't recall a white president's vacation being disrupted by a hurricane. This all smacks of racism.

Some asked, what about Katrina? A racist?

Yes Katrina too. But that was racist Bush using technology to direct the innocent storm to attack that "chocolate city".. hey! you reckon Bush is guiding Irene? He just did the earthquake...

regardless, racist natural events are a growing and frightening problem. White (Republican Tea Party, what else?) racism so permeates American society that even Mother Nature is now a racist.

I recall how white racism first influenced non-living things back when racism was discovered in TV transmissions.

The signals refused to properly deliver to black neighborhoods. (I am not making this up.) People thought that it was just a problem of racist pizza parlors. Hey! that too but it's everything now.

Holder's Dept. of Just Us Civil Rights Division cannot go after the real problem, the racist Republican Tea Party, but they should charge this storm with racism. It'll be a warning to the other natural events.

Liberalism:

1. Make up a good lie but call it a talking point.

2. Get out the lie thru the LSM.

3. Count on the willing weakminded to spread it as truth.

4. Stick with the lie/talking point at all costs.

5. Don’t believe in anything else someone tells you no matter how many facts they use to disapprove our talking point.

Liberasm is a disease.

The problem is, you cannot debate people like that. Two reasons.

First, it is a belief based on, well, nothing. No facts to back it up. It is just an idea/ideal that these (weak minded?) people latch onto and hold onto.

Second, you cannot really debate a "liberal." As soon as you start to win, prove your point (back to those pesky facts that refute their beliefs) they change the subject, go off on a tangent, or turn to personal attacks. I have seen it over and over again, and been part of it countless times. What really gets them going is "Why are you turning to personally attacking me? Don't you have any real facts or points to make?" That generally makes their heads practically explode.

Drudge is reporting that there is NO real hurricane, that the winds are being reported as 33mph, not the 81 mph being reported by NOAA.

There is NO hurricane, at least not on land. This hurricane appears to be as close to an alien invasion that the Democrats could come. You know that remark that Rahm Emanuel made about letting a good crisis go to waste? Well, they just added a corollary, If a good crisis doesn’t appear, manufacture one.

Nazi scientists, educated before Hitler, complained they were hindered in developing new super-weapons by the recruitment of graduates from the Nazified school system. German Army leaders also complained that young officer candidates displayed "a simply inconceivable lack of elementary knowledge.

They didn't even know enough to capitalize the first letter of a proper name. But for Hitler, these shortcomings really didn't matter. The school system now produced what he needed – unquestioning young men ready to obediently serve the Fatherland unto death amid Nazi slogans such as: Believe, Obey, Fight!"

The Triumph of Hitler

The site uses the tired old Hitler was a right winger cannard but its interesting none the less.

You don’t. Only catastrophe or death will shake those who have such hardened beliefs.

The hurricane has come ashore in North Carolina. While not over water, a hurricane rapidly deteriorates. With the hurricane at category 1 when it hit, it’s likely going to be reduced to little more than heavy rainfall throughout most of the Eastern Seaboard. I am more concerned about the D.C. quake though, because that was a surprise to have occurred in that area, which you usually don’t associate with quakes.

Actually he was reporting on what some dumb cluck at WeatherUnderground said. I’ve been checking wind stations and buoy readings at different areas and web sites. Some stations reported 100 mph gusts and sustained wind in the cat 1 range. Here in Midlothian Va we are getting steady 30 to 40 mph winds with higher gusts. There have been power outages in NC and southeastern Va. The rains come in intense bands and are getting more frequent as we get towards 2pm

The storm spread out as it made towards land fall, distributing its energy and rainfall over a wider area. So relatively smaller areas are getting the Hurricaine force winds than anticipated but much larger ares are getting winds in the 30 to 50 MPH range with heavy rainfall!

Buoy stations are off shore.

Thirty to forty mile an hour winds are nothing. We commonly get winds much higher than that, out here in WA. Sustained winds of 20 mile an hour are typical in the summer. Winter storms often have gusts up to 60 miles per hour.

The news people showed a man on the shore of North Carolina, wearing a ball cap to keep the drizzle out of his eyes. The cap was not blowing off his head.

Actually, I mis-stated that, buoys are in the water, land stations are what is termed, off-shore, meaning off the shore line.
