Warren G. Obama. The big difference is that Harding didn’t use a teleprompter. When Warren G. Harding first became president, many thought he sounded profound just like the Bamster. After a couple of years they realized that he was just a blowhard who said a lot about nothing just like You-Know-Who. Of course, Harding did serve a useful purpose by inadvertently publicizing the newly developed Miami Beach in 1920 when he allowed himself to be “kidnapped” by Carl Fisher from a boat in the middle of Biscayne Bay with promises of poker and Scotch at the new development.
