I don’t know about anyone else, but our kids are being told to ignore this stuff, that it is a theory and not proven science. Both my daughter and daughter-in-law conferenced their teachers and told them this is not approved curriculum for my children. They told them that scaring children with this krap is not appropriate behavior for a teacher.
While they were at it, they told them that their children were taught creationism and intelligent design. That if they wanted to bring evolution into their curriculum that it is to be presented as a theory made up by a scientist of long ago, and that modern archeology and human fossil science is already proving him wrong.
