Please read my full post. You missed the whole point, which was to correct the notion that guns generally must be “registered”.

And if this was an illegal Mexican Police full auto, it was not eligible for registration.

He was born in Mexico and has a US passport (they don’t say if it’s current) and yet...

“$923 in disability income per month, mostly from Social Security”

HOW?!

What it would change is the ability of the major media to continue to ignore fast and furious.

And it would probably give the House investigation huge visibility.

Just asking if it’s an F&F gun could give more visibility.

“But that wouldn’t include an immigrant on a work permit, even if here legally.”

Exactly! That sounds like a scam to me.

(as millions of illegals do the same thing)

I am wondering the same thing ... and for how long. Since he was 21, eleven years ago???

Last week, the Department of Justice acknowledged to Congress that firearms connected with the ATF’s controversial sting operation were used in at least 11 violent crimes in the United States, including the slaying of a U.S. Border Patrol agent. Meanwhile, the program has never led to any arrests, and three key ATF supervisors were promoted earlier this month.

Like I said, we already know these guns were used in other crimes in the U.S. If the media was interested, they would report it.

925 bucks a month isn’t that much less than what I’d get retiring at 65.

That simply doesn’t seem “fair.” (As if SS is fair...but you know what I mean.)

And especially for a recent mexican gunrunner.

Maybe I need to get in the gun business. :>)

You know how they like round-the-clock coverage of school shootings and such.

And especially when they’re begging for a distraction from the president’s “I want to raise your taxes” speech on thursday night.

:>)

It's SSI and Social Security Administration only "administers it" ~ it comes out of taxes separately.

I think it's 'cause he's CRAZY or BRAIN DAMAGED and qualifies as a severely handicapped guy.

He's dead now.

yes, SSI is not a social security program. it’s a welfare program.

Overhead at open mic before first presser yesterday 3P, was a comment naming a bank as to blame for this. Did not know exactly what to make of the comment. A little more understanding today of the comment, yet unknowns abound, and regrettably our Military people have been targeted once more, on home soil.
