Mmmmmmmm....beef salad dressing sounds good.

What do you put in the beef salad?

I like to make Asian steak salad with leftover grilled steak, sliced thinly on the diagnonal. Put it on a bed of lettuce and bok choy. Use shredded carrot for color, sliced red bell pepper is good too. Actually, any thinly sliced veggies will do.

I do cheat, however, by using bottled Asian Sesame dressing. Scatter won ton strips and toasted sesame seeds over the whole thing. It's a great way to use up leftover steak.

Oh, I like to use a nice leaf lettuce. I have to have lots of nice juicy tomato, I like radish and onion in there for crunch and punch.
Almost everything else is optional for me anything that that is “cool” to contrast the spice of the dressing and the radish/onions
You could use bean sprouts.. carrot..

But the beef and the dressing should be the star.

Herbs are good to
A thai basil or cilantro.
What ever you have.
I often use celery leaf, we all have that laying around and nobody puts it to use.
