(CNN) —President Barack Obama will take a bus tour through North Carolina and Virginia Oct. 17 through Oct. 19, according to a White House official.
It will be similar to the trip he took in mid-August through Iowa, Minnesota and Illinois, except the president’s primary focus during this tour will be urging Congress to pass his jobs plan.
The bus tour... it’s such a common man touch, meeting people spontaneously in front of bridges that would benefit from the jobs plan; flying in AF-1 to meet the bus flow in on a cargo plane a couple miles away from the spontaneous stop.
Can anyone be taken in by this?
This time he'll be traveling in a Mexican bus instead of one made in Canada.
This one will be cheaper LOL.
The cargo plane only has to go a couple hundred miles.

The asshat flies the bus from airport to airport and then rides it to his “speeches” (pre-written, fed into a teleprompter so his Royal Jackass won’t stumble while talking).
Wonder if the teleprompters are on the bus with him.

Unlikely. They ride in one of the 47 support vehicles in the convoy and have their own operating staff.
Using the office and tax dollars to campaign. Remember last time he was caught off guard without his teleprompter. He fumbled questions from a conservative.

A Campaign trip paid for by taxpayers while his vast holdings in campaign funds sit and accumulate.
By rights he should be paying for these trips to fund raisers and listening tours, but he appears to always be able to call it something else so we have to pay for it.

The crowds are carefully selected for demographic mix and for politics. Occasionally a ringer slips through. I think they'll be more careful screening for a while, and he'll get to stay on script.

This seems to be the real reason for his job act (stimulus 2). These guys are very good at milking the system. It ends up like Animal Farm.
very true, Since he has been in office he can't seem to stay in the White House for very long. Someone needs to take the keys away from Air Force One.
He acts like a bored teenager, hanging out with Lady GaGa. Most of his speeches are scolding us, how disappointed he is with some group, blaming others for his failure.
