Ah, but what if Holder is not willing to "take one for the team"?
The question needs to be asked in light of the numerous failures and abuses of the Justice Department under his tenure and the unpalatable fact that he is still employed there.
I started wondering about it this morning because a snippet of Web Hubbell's recording with his wife, "I need to roll over one more time" popped into my brain. He was willing to fall on his sword to protect Clinton, but what if Holder isn't?
The fallout from F&F could take years to unravel and could involve criminal charges. He's got to be worried about that.
Then there is the other side of the coin. Holder has been the point man tasked with blocking every one of the lawsuits challenging Obama's eligibility. He knows where all the bodies are buried because he buried most of them. So the Bamster says to him, "Holder ol' son, looks like you're gonna have to take a hike".
To which Holder replies, "Yeah right, Soetoro. I'll just do that little thing. Of course where I walk to might not be very convenient for you!"
Loyalty among thieves only goes so far.

" The language in this letter, for DC, is "unprecedented," according to one DC source I just read it to over the phone. It announces that the battle for Holder Ridge is over, no matter what desperate forced optimism the White House may yet cling to. "
Bitter Clingers !!

At best, this indicates negligence and incompetence in your duties as Attorney General. I am glad he put this in there. If Holder actually didn't know(and we know he did)about this operation then he is guilty of gross negligence resulting in murders of American and Mexican citizens and needs to be jailed for that alone.

From Issa's letter to Eric Holder and DOJ : " On top of that, the Government of Mexico was not informed about Fast and Furious. In fact, DOJ and ATF officials actively engaged in hiding information about Fast and Furious from not only Mexican officials, but also U.S. law enforcement officials operating in Mexico for fear that they would inform their Mexican counterparts. This strategy is inapposite and contradicts the promises you made to the American people. "

“If there were any honor left in this Administration there would be lots of people going into their offices with a pistol and a single round of ammunition.”
The honor you speak of is nonexistent in this administration! Holder will eventually be held to account either by congress, or local law enforcement.
They are both gunning for him! PUN INTENDED!
What again did Scooter Libby do to get himself incarcerated? A process crime?

From article " As we understand it, in March 2010, top deputies to Lanny Breuer were informed that law enforcement officers intercepted calls that demonstrated that Manuel Celis-Acosta was conspiring to purchase and transport firearms for the purpose of trafficking the firearms from the United States into Mexico. Not only was ATF aware of this information, but so was the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. "
Whoooooooa...... not only the A.T.F. but, the D.E.A and the F.B.I. ......
Not only the Department of Justice, but, the F.B.I. and would it be a far stretch to believe that Home Land Security knew about this ? is it a far stretch to believe that Janet Napolotano was also a part of this ?
Rep. Issa ? Congress needs to investigate Home Land Security in this scandal and have Janet Napolotano testify in front of a Congressional investigative board and hearing.

Any government official who get’s caught in a scandal like this were people got killed should not receive a presidential pardon.

The gangsters running this administration are not going to give up easily. I hope that they will be afraid to kill Issa because he has become too prominent on this matter (although they might try to contrive an "accidental" death, Clintonista-style).
If Holder does have to resign, Obama's choice to replace him is likely to be as bad or worse...Obama never picks anyone good for important positions.
I don't watch MSM news programs--are they continuing to ignore the story?

If you parse Holder's statement carefully, it's a very Clintonesque sentence. I admire the lawyer he had write it.Yeah, I took that statement as "Well, it looks like you don't yet have any incontrovertible evidence that I did anything criminal, but we can reevaluate that as time goes on, and I'll adjust my story to fit."

Let's remember who's been implicated in the Executive Branch that are either complicit in Fast and Furious or victimized by it:
1. White House (complicit)
2. State Dept. (complicit)
3. Justice Dept. (complicit)
4. Dept. of Homeland Security (complicit)
5. BATFE (complicit)
6. FBI (complicit)
7. ICE (complicit)
8. USBP (victim)
9. DEA (victim)
Let's not forget that under F&F and other operations the ATF, with FBI, ICE, WH, DHS, DoS, and DoJ are accessories in the murders of 2 federal LEOs, wounding of 1 federal LEO, murders of 200+ Mexican LEOs and hundreds of Mexican citizens. ATF with DoS, WH, and ICE has armed MS-13 gangs in Honduras; ATF with FBI, DoJ, DoS, WH, and ICE has armed Mexican drug cartels, primarily the Sinola Cartel. ATF, WH, DoJ, and FBI have overseen transfers of illegally purchased guns to street gangs in 10 U.S. cities. Taken together, the list of domestic laws, export laws, and international agreements violated is mind boggling.
Anyone think we don't have a massive problem with the federal government that makes Nixon's Watergate burglary seem like a cheap stunt in comparison? No one DIED as the result of Watergate. In Fast and Furious, as well as other operations, people have died in the hundreds and probably continue to die.
