I agree:
I WANT ***OBAMA****.
Holder didn’t act on orders?
**** PLEAZE...!
I disagree.
Any attempt to remove Baraq from office before Jan 013 is going to be a huge problem.
The MSM will make him a martyr. Even more than they did BJ Clinton.
The right approach is to defeat Baraq Nov 2012 and deport Baraq Jan 2013. I think he has a great future as President of Kenya someday.
I hope Issa has someone to start his car for him...I wouldn’t put it past this bunch to crash a whole plane full of people just to get Issa.
Imagine if the "Obama Care" prototype originator, Mitt Romney gets the nomination? Or Herman Cain, who has TWICE recently played the race card against truly innocent statements made by his opponents gets the nod? He would be infinitely better than Obama, but he, like Obama, still carries the "race chip" on his shoulder. He won't be a healer of America either. He may improve the economy some, but I doubt he'll work hard to reverse Obamacare and the other racial divides that Obama has created and/or enhanced.
If Romney, Cain and Perry are the best the Republican Party has to bring America back to her greatness, it's time to throw in the towel. Perry ain't got the energy, passion or ability. Romney is a lifetime political hack who looks, talks, and even moves like a stiff robot. His Romneycare and liberal Massachusetts style of governorship will do nothing to restore America. Herman Cain is bright, sharp, witty and knows how to make money, but so do thousands of other Americans. I've yet to hear him talk about social conservatism and the restoration of former American greatness.
Will "white guilt" strike again in yet another attempt to mollify their public school and media inculcated guilt? Donald Trump and Sarah Palin should have gotten into the debates, it would have been very interesting to see how they would have done against the other, what they would have said, and revealed how they feel inside about restoring American VALUES, and exactly WHAT they feel needs to be restored. As it is, it's the same old $#!t that's it's been since 1988. Vote for the least incompetent of two incompetent candidates. There's no superior, Reagan-like leadership anywhere to be found in this current heap of mediocre, moderate Republicans.
WORST ADMINISTRATION EVER
Scandal: The attorney general once again pleads ignorance,... After Eric Holder was involved in the pardoning of international fugitive Marc Rich, he confessed to not doing a thorough check of Rich's history and background.
When he criticized Arizona's immigration law, SB1070, he admitted to not even reading the law. Now, with dead bodies and illegal weapons piled up high in Fast and Furious, Holder says he didn't read the memos.
I do see a Presidential pardon in the wings, which will bring the media to consider Scooter Libby, who, it is to be remembered, was not pardoned by G.W. Bush. He was convicted and only that portion of his sentence that represented actual prison time was commuted. The rest of it stood, including disbarment, supervised release, and community service. I mention that here because it is nearly certain to be misrepresented by the Associated Press, the NY Times, Washington Post, CNN, and the rest of the usual suspects. That I do predict with considerable confidence.
Ouch, That’s gonna leave a mark!
Great Post! Great News!
JMHO, This should be posted in “Breaking News”. I think this is Hugh, and Series.
I would love to see Holder in a large stone building surrounded by walls and fencing, where he can commiserate with “his people” (criminals, not blacks)!
Ping for myself for later.
If you parse Holder's statement carefully, it's a very Clintonesque sentence. I admire the lawyer he had write it.
Notice that he does not say "the upper levels of the DOJ were not involved in Fast and Furious". He's effectively really saying "I don't think you will be able to find enough evidence, provable in court, that would convince a jury that Fast and Furious was directed by me and Obama".
He's spending all his time defending punks intimidating voters - oh, sorry... black punks intimidating voters - and the like.
The Clinton Administration loudly boasted, out of the blue, for no particular reason that the would be “the most Ethical Administration in History”. History now shows that Clinton recruited cronies to his Administration that were some of the most unethical and outright criminal ever to occupy the white House and teh Clinton Administration as a whole is now considered to be the most unethical Administration in modern times. The very term “The Most Ethical Administration In History” is used as sarcastic, derisive reference to the many scandals and stories of corruption that were brewing during the Clinton Years
The Obama Administration Loudly boasted that it would be the “The Most Transparent Administration in History”. I don't think anyone needs to be reminded how that whole transparency thing has worked out with this Administration whose signature trademark is stone walling, cover up and a bizarre refusal to release even the most trivial and basic back round information and documentation On Obama personally.
Now we have Holder Boasting he was going to “take down the Drug Cartels” when in fact he has been deliberately and systematically diverting a huge amount of the resources of the Department of Justice from fighting the Cartels to actively arming them with enough US supplied weapons to arm infantry Battalion.
He even went to the trouble of allocating 10 million dollars of stimulus money to purchase the weapons for the Cartels.
Ironically, the vast majority of these trafficked weapons purchased with money intended to stimulate the economy and provide jobs for out of work Americans were actually manufactured in factories located in old Soviet Block countries such as Bulgaria, Romania ,Yugoslavia, and Russia.
It's hard to see how providing foreign made weapons to Mexican Drug Cartels could provide economic stimulus to America and provide much needed jobs to American workers so the stimulus money was pretty much misappropriated and misallocated to an unapproved use not intended by Congress in addition to simply being used to fund ill advised and probably illegal criminal misconduct on the part of very high level government officials Fast and Furious was not just wrong on many different levels, it was pretty much wrong on every possible level.
Doing things wrong is really a pretty easy thing to do, but getting everything wrong at every level takes a special kind of willful and possibly malicious, intent.
This did not happen by accident or due to incompetence. A lot of hard work by smart and clever people was done to make Fast and Furious happen and it did exactly what they intended it to do.
These same people worked just as hard to cover up their work to make sure no one ever discovered what had been done. Had it not been for the fears that a F&F gun had been used in the Gabrielle Giffords shootings, the use of multiple F&F weapons, including the actual murder weapon, in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Terry and the subsequent attempts by the FBI,BATF and DHS at cover up, and the BATF Agents who exposed the operation the whole thing would have been covered up.
If it were not for the election of a Republican House of Representatives no investigation would have been pursued. To this day, the Democrat Senate is working hard to block investigation of F&F and to cover up for the Obama Administration. The Media is working even harder to keep a lid on the story and deflect blame away from the guilty. When they can't deflect or hide they try to spin any damaging evidence in the most favorable light to the guilty.
Wow. BTTT.
,,,,If there were any honor left in this Administration,,,,
err they can’t lose what they never had
Even if Holder resigns, if a prosecution takes place the lead up to the trial will last over a year.
It will be fun to watch.
You presume that there was honor within this junta to begin with you would be mistaken on that point.
Holder Ridge Defenses Overrun. Holder isolated in his bunker, awaiting the coup de grâce. (gunwalker)
Excellent letter from Issa. A very good start.
