Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann stated on her Facebook Page:

"Tomorrow, I will make an announcement that is sure to fire up this race. What is it? You'll have to check back tomorrow afternoon to find out."

The speculation has already begun.

(1) Is she dropping out? Quarterly reports come out before midnight tonight. We know she isn't doing well here, bringing in only about $3.8 Mil, but she just released a blueprint jobs plan earlier this week. I don't think she's dropping out....yet.

(2) An endorsement is coming. Rumors are flying that she might be getting Trump or Palin's endorsement, which would be pretty shocking. It would definitely shake up the race and come at a time she'd need to cover some bad fundraising news with positive spin.

But this is kind of hard to beleive. I don't think Palin is endorsing anyone until the primaries play out somewhat.

I am more concerned with the possibility that Trump may be endorsing her. She just met him this week for the 3rd time, the most recent at her request. I think she went asking for it, and was shocked he agreed to it. If this is true, I think Trump has an ulterior motive here. We know his endorsement isn't going to pull anymore weight to get Bachmann votes, and I doubt Trump beleives Bachmann can win the GOP nomination. What he THINKS it will do though is give him legitimacy with the Tea Party, should he decide to run as a 3rd party candidate. If Romney is the nominee, Trump could jump in and say "Hey, look at me, I endorsed your gal, I'm with you". I don't know how effective it would be, but I'd think it'd be enough to cut Romney off at the knees, especially if Trump took her or some Tea Party member as VP.

All speculation at this point as to what the announcement is, but it better be something BIG. If this is one of those "Be sure to Drink Your Ovaltine" announcement/messages, she'll lose whatever PR legitimacy she had left.

I dont think Palin is going to endorse Bachmann, not after Bachmann had her hired goon trash her on TV..no way, dont see it happening. So far the only one I Hear about supposedly dropping out is Huntsman..who knew he was still in the race LOL

She’d no sooner endorse that MA liberal than she would that box of rocks Texan.

She will endorse Cain if/when she drops out.

Mitt Romney is going to endorse her, to keep her in the race a little while longer. Long enough, at least, for Rick Perry to run out of money.

God I hope not. But in all likelihood when she bows out, it looks like Romney is her guy. I mean she’s taken swipes at everyone else but not Mitt. Back when she first got in the race, I assumed the strategy was they were going to clear out the pack from the rest of the conservatives and then she would take him on 1-on-1. She never did that though, even when she was on top.

Trump is not going to endorse her. He only endorses winners and he is smart enough to know that she has no chance.

Same with Palin.

Maybe she got paid under the table to drop out and endorse Mittens. I wouldn’t put it past the establishment pubbies. I’m not sure if Bachmann would take an under the table deal though

Rick Perry could have a billion cash on hand and he’d still be dropping like a dead fly.

ON PALIN’S FACEBOOK PAGE....

“Sarah changes her status to Conservative...Michelle announces that she will make an announcement tomorrow afternoon that will shake up this election...will there be a third party...Palin/Bachman 2012! yes, I will vote third party for Sarah and Michelle....”

If this happens we are toast!!!! Obammy gets 4 more years~!

Would you have predicted that Pawlenty would endorse Romney?

I actually kind of used to like him, until then.

Kudos on Steve King, totally forgot about him. If that’s the endorsement, I’d treat this as an “Be Sure to Drink Your Ovaltine” moment because I (and most everyone else) already assumed he was supporting her anyway.

An announcement that she is picking Sarah Palin as her running mate would be the game changer.

The only reason to endorse her at this point is to keep her in the race to split the tea party vote and give the nomination to Romney.

I really dont think she’s dropping out. They knew for months her fundraising numbers would be bad. If she were leaving the race, why even bother to put out an 11-point jobs plan after the last debate, it wouldn’t make any sense. I also don’t think she would use the verb “fire”.

Does anyone give a good G*d d*mn who Donald Trump supports? I hope it's not that. Dropping out makes sense but it doesn't sound like that's what it is from the tone of the message.

You don't have to worry about Trump running as a third party, that bastard never had serious designs on running.
