Mitt Romney must have really been angry after last night's debate, because today his campaign released an attack ad which questioned Governor Rick Perry's intelligence, debate performances, and his ability to lead. According to reports, it portrayed Mr. Perry as a "moron" and an "idiot in general."
And just as quick as it was put up, it vanished. And now the only thing you get when you try to watch the video is this:
A conservative website that saw the video described it thusly:
...[With] some doofy facial expressions and looooong pauses mid-sentence during answers, its clear enough what lesson they want you to learn. Its a symphony of Gump-ishness. Being a bad debater, while problematic in the general election, doesnt disqualify you from being the nominee; being an idiot in general does. Thats the lesson.
Amazing. Romney even flip-flops on commercials.
I think Perry really put the hurt on Romney. This is a good thing.
And Romney will be the candidate to face Obama? Obama will shred this bozeaux!!!!
perry did get to romney, but at the cost of his run.
Try this one

I went to this link from another thread
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2795205/posts?page=59
At that time it showed Perry’s poor debating skills. Now, it shows a different ad. Maybe they are going to rotate the ads every so many hours?
Now its on jobs!
“perry did get to romney, but at the cost of his run.”
Sounds like a good deal to me. Perry (finally) is through, but takes out a few bits of Romney flesh on the way down.
Nice ending.
*double tap*
I don’t think it’s because they are rotating the ads. The “Ready to Lead” one is gone. Off of “careerpolitician.com,” off of every site that referenced it, and off of YouTube. If you go to Mitten’s YouTube page, it doesn’t even exist.
Romney completely lost his composure — very un-Presidential. It’s one thing to be thin-skinned, but he acted like a child. That should DQ him right there, his liberalism aside.
Well, the link says ‘coming soon’. Maybe they will have a bunch in one spot later?
Romney is an evil power hungry liberal arse. “I can’t have illegals I’m running for President.”
Romney is spooked big time! LOL!
Yep, Willard is scared Mittless. It must have been the way the drool formed around Perry’s mouth when he was trying to stutter out gotchas at the debate. Scary stuff.
I found this regarding the pulled ad.
Update: Bryan Preston e-mails at 10:30 ET to note that the ad has now disappeared from YouTube. True enough, but dont assume that that means its gone for good. Sometimes ads get pulled temporarily because someone has challenged a piece of footage in the spot on copyright grounds. Maybe theyre just re-editing it. If they really have yanked it, though, its a total embarrassment. Who greenlit an ad this brutal without clearing it with Mitt and his top advisors first?

So, it may reappear.
It’s looking more and more like a two man race. I hope Perry is the one still standing when it is over. From what I have seen today - Cain has lost his momentum.
Looks like Perry is getting into Mitt’s head. LOL!
I would have loved for Perry to have knocked that smirk off the pompass RINO’s face. Romney laughs at Perry like Perry is his child and its time for him to go bed. You’ll notice that when Santorum told him that he ran to the LEFT when he ran against Ted Kennedy, the old RINO would not even try and defend himself. If this walking corporation is elected president, the two parties have effectively merged. Pray that it does not happen.
Do you think maybe they already have? I do. They just don’t know it yet.
