10 years of research on climate change and how sunspot activity is effecting our lives with projections of temperatures and hurricane activity through 2035

Last year I was invited to the 3rd World Conference on Hurricanes and I produced a research paper for the conference. Out of all those in attendance, I believe I was the only one who believes global warming is based on Solar and sunspot activity.

By the end of the conference, the host recommended a further look at sunspot activity as a new area of research.

If you wish to review my recent work, go to nationalforestlawblog.com and move down the page until you see a license plate. There you will find nearly 10 years of research summarized and some projections through 2035.

My earlier work can be found on the Oct. 2009 Newsletter under my name, Paul Pierett.

Can you give us a brief capsule summary of your findings/prediction?

Amazing. Sounds as if they had never even heard of the concept.

LOL, a 35 year projection for the weather?

GTFOH!! They can’t get the weather right 35 hrs in advance much less 35 years.

First of all, thank you for posting this. I followed the suggested link, eventually coming to the PDF file http://www.nationalforestlawblog.com/Global%20Warming%20By%20Paul%20Pierett.pdf
What I take away from it is that you consider that we have experienced the benefits of global warming, basically for my entire lifetime. And that with the benefits also came hurricanes because of the amount of heat in the top 100 feet of the oceans.
But your projection, based on sunspot activity, is that the warming trend - which you say has nothing to do with CO2 - ended in '07 and will not recur for several decades - by which time we will be yearning for the good old days of 2007, when we had more precipitation as well as warmer winters and longer growing seasons.

Do you see correlation between sunspot activity and planetary alignments, as I have seen seriously proposed?

No academic who lives off of “grant” research funds should be allowed a computer. End of problem!

Thank you for your comments,

Bottom line question answered.

Bottom line, we will drop about 4 to 5 degrees in average temperature and the winters will drop about 10 degrees from a high average of 37 degrees F.

My research for the last ten years was to find at what point the hurricane seasons will Zero out. I believe the historical trend points to a zero season around 2025.

The host of the conference and one other have proven that sunspot activity affects hurricane seasons. Several pages down, I show a strong correlation between accumulated cyclone energy and sunspot cycle activity.
