"One of my readers took exception with my article on GOP presidential candidate Richard Perry, and decided to go after the messenger rather than the message."

More than one FReeper, actually, hence this post in FreeRepublic.com.

You’re in good company...not one of us is “clean”, ever was and will never be without Christ. Only Jesus was. When they have nothing else, attack the messenger. Demonstrates how weak they are.

She has aged well ... what a beautiful Lady. Beauty at her age comes from the inside out.

To many ad hominem attacks, very little substance nowadays. Look at the GOP debates- pathetic! It reminds me of my high school years.

Fascinating, but no surprises, somehow I always assumed that the Plaboy Club bunnies were watched over like vestal virgins.

I figured The Playboy Club was taking major liberties with history.

Worked for a time with a former bunny. She’d just left the Playboy Club at Lake Geneva. What this writer states is much of what I remember her saying, although she didn’t go into the detail here. I was a club member for many years. Visited Lake Geneva (mostly) and Chicago clubs (a couple times). Long time ago.

My memory of the Playboy Club, and this was just conventional wisdom was that if you layed your mitts on a bunny an impossibly large man would carry you, if necessary, into the street and he might accidently hurt you.

Touching a bunny was a big no-no.

Anyone who has ever taken off their clothes for public consumption is a slut. Anyone who did that in the service of the porn industry is irredeemable.
