Wait until someone turns up dead.
Very good posts so far.
The article quotes an OWS organizer that “They’re telling people who leave prison to go to Zuccotti park” and that “There’s a lot of drugs, alcohol, assault, theft by homeless groups coming in.”
Which isn’t surprising if the organizers are offering Cash to people to stay - they will merely attract many people with nothing better to do, homeless, drug addicts and parolees among them.
So this is what we've regressed to in American society - exercising some warped, Leftist version of frontier justice in the middle of an urban cesspool, with a willing audience of sensationalist Fourth Estate types broadcasting it around the globe at the speed of light. Bread and circuses.
Bush's fault?
Ultimate proof that even OWS-types believe government spending won’t solve problems!
I’m sure the unions, who are giving them food and money - per one of them in Seattle who told me that - do not care at all whether homeless and criminals swell the ranks of the protestors.
It makes for a larger crowd for the media to swoon over, after all. And unions have never had any problem with criminals.
“The newly-released criminals are thought be attracted by the free accommodation and food, and reported alcohol and drug-fuelled parties taking place at the site.”
“There’s a lot of drugs, alcohol, assault [and] theft [by] the homeless groups coming in.”
Yes just like the Tea Party. Only different.
If, as you say, he has abdicated his *responsibility* as Mayor of NYC, then it follows that he has likewise abdicated his *position* as Mayor of NYC. Thus, I refuse to acknowledge him as Mayor, and declare, as a member of that august body, known as "We the People" that the position of Mayor of NYC is hereby vacant...

When decent people get together and vote, they can even defeat Weiner’s “replacement” and that is what happened. Bloomberg needs to be forced out. His inaction on Zuccotti Park is putting many people in danger. He is a creep and a coward.
Never voted for the man and even refused to sign a petition to put him on the ballot. I get to say, “I told you so” to all the people whom he bought off. Having said that, he has to be forced to step down as he had abdicated his position. His primary responsibility is to protect us and he has failed at that in spades.
“Fellow protesters surrounded the man and shone flashlights in his face...
She said that fellow protesters were ‘yelling at him to leave,’ shouting ‘pervert, pervert, get the f**k out.’”
I’m sure that’ll teach him. /s
