Not Fair or Balanced: Britt Hume says Cain is all but done as serious candidate
Fox & CNN | November 7, 2011

Posted on 11/07/2011 8:07:27 PM PST by Luther1917

Was watching Greta Susteran a few minutes ago and Britt Hume basically said to stick a fork in Cain, he's done. He also said Cain will get no higher in the polls and this latest allegation has killed his candidacy. The old RINO prognostitor in all his glory. RINO Rove came on Hannity a few minutes later and said basically the same thing. Cain is done. BLAH, BLAH,BLAH.

It's amazing how establishment Fox never has a disparaging this to say about Romney, but jumps all over this bogus story from this blonde bimbo today as showing Cain is done.

RINO Ari Fletcher said the same thing on CNN. But he went on to say he never thought Cain had a chance to start with. His talking partner was the martian James Carville, who said Cain never had a chance and was never a serious candidate to start with. Carville also flatout said the Perry camp is responsible for starting the story.

So there it is. It does not matter that Cain has doubled up on Romney in Iowa, leading him by 15% pts. For all Fox cares, Romney is the man, and will be even if he's polling 10% to Cain's 30.

I haven’t donated to him yet but it looks like I’m going to have to just to make Hume look like a moron.

Hey Brit: why don't you, Kraut, Kristol, Rove and the rest of you elites go and take a leap off the nearest bridge! Your days of selecting our candidates are over.

I despise people like these RINO lovers almost as much as Liberal Dems.

Never in all the years I have watched FOX have I seen tham expose such a transparent agenda as during this primary cycle. They are all Romney all the way. Their treatment of Cain is shameful and I really wonder if they don’t have a “get the boy back on the porch” attitude.

Brit’s wrong and lost my respect in that segment.

Cain is being tarred and feathered by the left, MSM, and others.

This woman is so blatantly transparent as is her lawyer.

The American people see through it and Cain will continue to gain momentum and Brit and Karl and others counting him out will be left wondering what happened.

Simple. We Americans are tired of this garbage and we ar not going to take it any more.

Frankly I think Brit is right and it really ticks me off. It’s obvious to me this is an orchestrated hit job. Allred just did the same thing to Meg Whitman in California. I probably wouldn’t have voted for Cain but if they can it to him they can do to my guy just as easily.

If FOX News persists on 'shaping the 2012 campaign' I'm going to turn off the TV.

The conservative movement is not going away. FOX would be wise to include several Tea Party analysts on their shows.

Hume, Rove, and others are out of touch with Main Street, USA.

They have always been eager to get rid of Cain. Cain is just too dangerous to Obama, the Democrats and the GOP establishment.

Brit Hume can go f*ck himself.

So can Fox News.

So can the GOP.

It's not because they are "all Romney all the way", nor is it because they have a "get the boy back on the porch" attitude. The reason Brit Hume, Kraut, O'Reilly, etc, etc, diss Cain so hard is they know a political novice with an inept campaign team would have absolutely no chance of defeating Obama. They are right too. Cain was never going to be the nominee in 2012. What Cain needs more than anything is to win a few local/state campaigns, hone his political skills so he isn't a gaffe machine, and come back and run again when he is more seasoned and prepared for a presidential campaign. Cain is just not ready yet.

I liked Hume. To be honest, while he was on he was the reason I stuck around Fox News so long.
But lately? I dunno this guy.
