I would never ever buy in one.

I salute this guy, but what in the world was he thinking buying a home in a HOA neighborhood? Anyway, if anyone can get the rules changed on flags in his neighborhood, he can. It’s sad that such a hero is reduced to fighting such a battle with petty little people.
