A hearing to review removal of Barack Obama from the New Hampshire primary ballot will be conducted this Friday at 2 p.m. at the NH Legislative Office Building, Room #307 (33 N. State St., Concord). The Ballot Law Commission will review a complaint filed by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. of California and a leader in the Obama eligibility movement which charges that Obama has presented a forged birth certificate on whitehouse.gov, uses a social security number not assigned to him, and does not meet the Natural Born definition confirmed by Minor v. Happersett of requiring two U.S. citizen parents at birth.
At least one NH state legislator will appear at the meeting, but at least two have signed onto the complaint as well. Taitz requests donations or air miles to be able to testify in person if called on by the commission. The public can attend the meeting.

But we live in a nation of men who are above the law, so it is dreams and nothing more.

Not so fast, folks. This woman, Orly Taitz, has demonstrated before several judges (I don’t have chapter and verse) that she is an incompetent lawyer, unable to file cases properly.

People are confused because they don't understand the meaning of the relevant legal terms. This chart shows the elements for each of the constitutional terms that are used in the Constitution or in caselaw by the Supreme Court.
For each presidential candidate, they can put the factual history of their birth in the equation and see if they fit the bill to be president of the U.S. under the Constitution of the United States of America, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, and the 14th Amendment, Section 1, and the relevant federal law under Minor v. Happersett, (1874), U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), and Perkins v. Elg, 307 U.S. 325 (1939).
The relevant portions of these cases and precedents are described below in their historical context..
As you can clearly see in the matrix, Obama is a citizen of the United States, but he's not a "natural born citizen" of the United States, and, as such, is not eligible for POTUS, because his father, a Kenyan, was not a U. S. citizen.

Especially if my own true love, the world's best Dentist/Lawyer, has continued to mix legal "Birther" apples with Constitutional oranges in yet another of her wonderfully strange and and fantastic pleadings.
IMHO, (and the O of many others) The Mombasa MF could have been born while his mamá was sliding into home at Yankee Stadium on the 4th of July while the Marine Band played the "Star-Spangled Banner." However patriotic the scene, he is still not and never will be a a constitutionally qualified "Natural Born Citizen."
Should the NH authorities prove able to decipher Dr. Orly's pleading and decide to cast the Magic Marxist Mulatto from the ballot, that still leaves 49 or 56 other states in which he may be certified to run. Precedent? Lincoln was not on the ballot in the Southern States and still managed to capture the Electoral College.
Hope she carries the day!!
