Please pray for my wife as she is having surgery today to repair a blocked ureter as a result of a botched c-section.
The clinic has already told me that their legal dept will be contacting me. I don't want to say anything that I shouldn't. Any advice?

On the botched surgery check the bar association for the best atty in your area that handles medical malpractice cases and see if he will take it on a per centage if he wins the case. Make sure you bring all the paper work and documentation with you and do a lot of homework. Do not sign any release with the hospital over the prior botch work and find a lawyer today!!! start making phone calls and do not delay.
Contact an Attorney the specializes in medical malpractice cases. He will guide you in dealing with the insurance company.

Surgery went well. Mrs. Sopater is doing well. Lots of pain, but getting better.
