An acquaintance of mine, a Syrian national and Muslim who is a licensed engineer, told me that the situation in the U.S. is "scarey" for him and his family. "There is really no where else to go," he said. "If this becomes serious and widespread, if it gets bigger, I have no choice but to join. I don't want to die, or my family to die."
Wow. Just wow.
It is amazing the number of people involved in the 1960s political movements who are crawling out of the woodwork now. Even those in prison, such as H.Rap Brown, serving time for murder!
