Acclaimed Egyptian-American columnist Mona Eltahawy, released today in Cairo, said Egyptian security forces sexually assaulted and beat her so severely that an arm and hand were broken during her overnight detention.
I AM FREE, she wrote on her Twitter page just after noon local time. 12 hours with Interior Ministry bastards and military intelligence combined. Can barely type must go xray arms after CSF [Central Security Forces] pigs beat me, she tweeted.
Shortly before dawn today, Eltahawy wrote a cryptic tweet that read: Beaten arrested in interior ministry.
Eltahawy said that while she was in custody 5 or 6 surrounded me, groped and prodded my breasts, grabbed my genital area and I lost count how many hands tried to get into my trousers.
They are dogs and their bosses are dogs. F*** the Egyptian police, she tweeted.

What did this person expect?
Viva La Revolucion??
not
Ya know, I honestly don’t know why anyone would go there during these times. Egypt was my number one destination spot for years. No more. Egypt is doomed.
Why would any news agency send a woman to a place like Egypt? The place is unstable and filled with all types of radicals and nut cases. Many hate America and see us as the cause of Egypt’s decline (rather than blame themselves). All American woman should leave ASAP! News reporters need to be unmarried men —adventurer journalists-— rather than pretty faces. The Islamic religion holds no respect for women as they do in the west.
I am getting to believe the western world want to see the caliphate come and the Middle east united under him. Then they would have a target to hit.
...F*** the Egyptian police, she tweeted...
Well, that IS what they had in mind.
Perhaps instead of 'childhood obesity' from Michelle. . .nah; forget it. Would not happen. . .
And speaking of 'obesity' and Michelle; the Nutritionist-Not, new food pyramid; did anyone catch the White House menu for Thanksgiving? OMG. . .
They are dogs and their bosses are dogs. F*** the Egyptian police, she tweeted.
No. They are just Muslims.
“No more. Egypt is doomed.”
What do you mean? Egypt is free! And Libya!! And sounds like Syria is next. The bell of Freedom is ringing throughout the land. Skittles and rainbows for everyone!!
Was this woman all hoorah about the ‘Arab Spring’?
.
Isn’t Islam wonderful?

Jihad per TV realism series- All American Muslims
TLC Sunday, 9 PM CST
It is an attempt to manipulate Americans into ignoring the threat of jihad and to bully them into thinking that being concerned about the jihad threat would somehow victimize these nice people in this show.
The problem people have with Islam is its teachings of violence against and the subjugation of unbelievers. It is with the supremacist ideology and the fervent believers in those noxious doctrines of warfare and subjugation. Yhe ultimate danger posed by a program presenting the normal side of life for American Muslims is that it isnt accurate.
The danger is in the deception and obfuscation of the truth which results in the intellectual disarming of the American people.

That's "sexist". PC and common sense shall never occupy the same thought process....
Sounds to me like the Egyptian police were having a bit of fun with her.
Had they been serious they wouldnt have been merely “trying” to get their hands into her trousers, they would have snatched her britch’s down and done the dirty to her.
That doesn’t excuse them in any way, women prisoners should not be treated in this manner, but what can you expect in a country where the Government is in a transition from a bad Government to one that is worse.
I think she got away lucky, should get out of Egypt and stay out.
By the way if her hand and arm were broken, I doubt she would be typing.
