Experts admit second Mayan prediction of 2012 as end of the world

They weren’t really talking about the end of the world as we know it. They meant the end of poverty and starvation and hangnails. At least that is what one of the occupy protesters said.

But on Thursday, the Mexican National Institute of Anthropology and History announced that there is what appears another reference to the same date in an inscription on a brick found at the Camalcalco ruin.

Interesting ruins. Kind of off the beaten path for tourists. A local "Mayan" who worked for PEMEX took me there while on a two year project.

Since the Mayan culture believed in human sacrifice to their god, it could have been democRATS seeding the earth with their earliest known intent for mankind. (cue ... spooky music)
