He's a bit late on that. The Supreme Court upheld the Boy Scout's right to exclude homosexuals as members or leaders in the BSA v. Dale decision back in 2000. I wasn't aware of any recent suits threatening that.

It maybe on the wall somewhere in the John Nance Garner Museum in Uvalde. I think the museum is under renovation but some of the display is at some bank there.
