Actually the sheikh is right. This is prescribed and sanctioned, encouraged, under Islam's rules of engagement. Women are booty, the spoils of war. This is rampant in over a millenium of jihadi wars, land appropriations, cultural annihilations and enslavements.

It's already too late. Islam has been allowed to permeat their society, the riots have been allowed to run - unchallenged. The only way it's going to be stopped is by a bloody civil war; but Islam can be patient.
