Judge Leo Levnaic-Iwanski upheld the verdict of the lower court, which convicted Elisabeth [Sabaditsch-Wolff] on the charge of “denigration of religious beliefs of a legally recognized religion.”
The judge found that the length of time her trial had taken was excessive, and that her fine should be reduced. A new date will be set in the lower court for the announcement of the fine.
There will be a press conference shortly at the Wiener Akademikerbund.

It is interesting to note the Eurotrash Court “Justice” made clear why America's Constitution IS different than anything in Europe. “Any legally recognized religion” is Eurotrash thinking.
The Constitution, and SCOTUS decisions, make clear that Man (not just Americans, I hereby note) has the right to “worship his Creator” as he so sees fit.
With that simple line, America assured both freedom of worship, and freed America of a gubbament “Marsupial Magistrate” deciding which religion was a ‘protected class’.
This leaves a quandary which America is not facing. How does America deal with a mysogenist/pedophile/thieves cult pseudo-religion which was never a part of American culture - and is antithetical to American culture and the Constitution.
Ultimately, the question will be: “What does America do when it realizes that Islam is irreconcilable with America, the Constitution, and the very existence of America?
Islam is a cultural cancer. Radiation is the answer.

It is not the proper business of government to decide what is or is not a religion, nor what is true or untrue about it.
We might also note that in Austria "truth" is not a defense.
The best course of action for this woman is to GET OUT OF AUSTRIA. It's as intrusive and authoritarian as it ever was. Even Hitler moved out of there!
