Obama's administration has a few more things on the agenda for you and me. Just like Eric Holder promised some action on gun control. Whatever happened to the community organizing of the Civilian National Security Force that Obama touted as a Presidential candidate Obama in 2008? We Believe some things are better left undone. Perhaps work on this is really going on "under the radar" as you read this.
Plans on destroying American's firearms freedoms were being done "under the radar" as Obama explained to the Brady Coalition's Sarah Brady when she gave the White House an "F" on gun control. Obama apparently doesn't like to receive "F" grades, but we don't really know because he won't release his college records. Yes, some things like the Civilian National Security Force are better left undone like the "under the radar" and murderous Fast and Furious "Gun Walker" Obama Justice Department scam. And, Holder is still standing. The rules are always different for Democrats.
His pronouncement of the need for a Civilian National Security Force initially conjured up visions of brown shirted Storm Troopers with some people. Who knew what the hell this man meant then or now in his 2008 campaign speech. We still don't know. Some web sites, such as "Fact Check" spin this "National Security Force" as meaning he would double the size of the Peace Corps. But those very words that Obama used," We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a Civilian National Security force that's just as strong, just as well funded" do not conjure up Peace Corps visions.
Do those National Security objectives include things such as a protected national border? Obviously not. He's pulling out 2/3 of the additional...

On a side note my Great Grandfather after the Civil War, migrated from Virginia into Illinois eventual making way down through Missouri and Oklahoma. He was a U.S. Marshall for a while and once was sent to arrest Jessie James. Long story goes with that but it is a hand me down family story, maybe mixed with a little blarney.

Janet’s Secret Service and Dept. of Homeland Security have taken over the investigation of former Syracuse University Ass’t. coach Bernie Fine for abusing boys. They have a SS/DHS website casting the net for more “alleged” victims.
Arne Duncan of the Ed. Dept. is investigating both Syracuse and PSU based on the requirement that colleges publicize their campus crime statistics. Run afoul of a minor regulation and you can be faced with the full power of the federal government.

Drawn from the successful models of the Civilian Conservation Corps of the 1930s and the U.S. military, AmeriCorps NCCC is built on the belief that civic responsibility is an inherent duty of all citizens and that national service programs work effectively with local communities to address pressing needs.
AmeriCorps NCCC requires an intensive, 10-month commitment. Members serve in teams of eight to twelve and are assigned to projects throughout the region served by their campus. They are trained in CPR, first aid, public safety, and other skills before beginning their first service project.
AmeriCorps NCCC serves communities in every state. Members are based at one of five regional campuses and travel to complete service projects throughout those regions.
AmeriCorps NCCC members receive a living allowance of approximately $4,000 for the 10 months of service (about $200 every two weeks before taxes), housing, meals, limited medical benefits, up to $400 a month for childcare, if necessary, member uniforms, and a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award upon successful completion of the program.

The Reichsarbeitsdienst (or RAD, Reich Labour Service) was an institution established by Nazi Germany as an agency to reduce unemployment, similar to the relief programs in other countries. During the Second World War it was an auxiliary formation which provided support for the Wehrmacht.
The RAD was formed during July 1934 as the official state labour service. The RAD was an amalgamation of the many labour organisations formed in Germany during the times of the Weimar Republic[1]. RAD members were to provide service for various civic, military and agricultural construction projects. Konstantin Hierl was its director during the organization's entire lifetime.
The RAD was divided into two major sections, the Reichsarbeitsdienst Männer (RAD/M) for men and the Reichsarbeitdienst der weiblichen Jugend (RAD/wJ) for women.
The RAD was composed of 40 districts each called an Arbeitsgau (lit. Work District). Each of these districts was headed by an officer with headquarters staff and a Wachkompanie (Guard Company). Under each district were between six and eight Arbeitsgruppen (Workers Groups), battalion-sized formations of 1200-1800 men. These groups were divided into six company-sized RAD-Abteilung units. Each rank and file RAD man was supplied with a spade and a bicycle. The RAD symbol, an arm badge in the shape of an upward pointing shovel blade, was displayed on the upper left shoulder of all uniforms and great-coats worn by all personnel.
