Hezbollah targeting Jews and Americans in Bangkok, 11 Embassies Issue Islamic terror alert

The jihad in Thailand continues. Not only is Thaland under seige by Muslims from within, but outside Islamic forces as well.

You cannot escape Islamic supremacism. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. How many have to die, how many countries have to fall victim to jihad before the free world understands they must defeat jihad (not fund it, appease it, placate it, make excuses for it etc.)

A suspected Hezbollah member arrested on Friday by police targetted Jews and Americans in Bangkok, Defence Minister Gen Yutthasak Sasiprapa said today.

The militant group's plan was only to target certain public areas where large groups of Israelis and Americans were known to gather, such as Khao San Road, Gen Yutthasak told a news conference. No other provinces were on its list.

Gen Yutthasak said the group had chosen Bangkok as part of its plans to retaliate in every possible way against Israel, which it accused of masterminding the assassination of a top Hezbollah figure in Syria in 2008.

He said Thai security and intelligence agencies had received a tip-off from Israel's Mossad intelligence agency about movements by Hezbollah members in Thailand since Dec 18.

There is quite a bit of Muslim terrorism in Thailand around the border with Malaysia. I was in Penang Malaysia in the mid 80 to renew my visa for Thailand and heard a few stories from some Aussie soldiers at a nearby base about some troubles with Muslims in Thailand even back then.

Although most of it was the Muslims from Malaysia crossing the border at Hat Yai to partake in vices banned in Malaysia. Although it looks like it has changed for the worse since then:

HAT YAI is the biggest city in Thailand’s deep south, and a major transport axis, but traveling to or through it is not recommended because of the ongoing violence in this part of the country. Hat Yai is in Songkhla province, one of four provinces - Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat - that have, since 2004, seen a dramatic escalation in violence by local Islamic militants against Buddhists and moderate Muslims. Most Western governments are advising people not to travel to or through these provinces, and insurance companies won’t cover travel in these areas
