I think the Department of Homeland Security just called me a terrorist. Not only me, but millions of other law-abiding Americans, not to mention Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, George Washington, Samuel Adams, Alexander Hamilton, and Patrick Henry, among others.

I think the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just called me a terrorist. Not only me, but millions of other law-abiding Americans, not to mention Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, George Washington, Samuel Adams, Alexander Hamilton, and Patrick Henry, among others.

Just listen to the disdain DHS has for ordinary Americans - in their own words - in their latest report on terrorism dated January 31, 2012. Here is their definition of Extreme Right Wing: "groups that subscribe to aspects of the following ideals: they are fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation), anti-global, suspicious of centralized federal authority, reverent of individual liberty (especially their right to own guns, be free of taxes), believe in conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty and a belief that one’s personal and/or national “way of life” is under attack ..."

I don't know about you but that definition sounds a lot like most members of the Free Republic, i.e. the type of people that make this country work, and the glue that holds it together. I guess if you're looking from a left-wing point of view, then everyone else looks to be extreme right wing. This would be laughable if it weren't so outrageous.

And if that weren't enough, DHS goes on to define Extreme Left Wing as those groups who want to violently "overthrow the capitalist system" and establish “a dictatorship of the proletariat” (Marxist-Leninists)..." Ah, Hello Homeland Security! You've got a guy living in the White House, along with his Czars, whose stated intention is to do just that with the exception of the violence. Does it make any difference to you that the same end is being accomplished through the raw, unconstitutional seizure of power from Congress rather than through violence? Maybe you should look in your own back yard for these enemies of the state instead of sending out your goons to America's heartland.

But I thought the left likes to say “one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter”?

FYI. Your Homeland Security Department at work again.

"Show us your papers!" The only ones who haven't or don't have to show papers are the 85,000 - 90,000 illegals that have received driver's licenses in New Mexico!

AP investigation:

http://www.newser.com/article/d9sgu4183/new-mexico-lawmakers-urged-to-end-drivers-licenses-for-illegal-immigrants.html

More than 90,000 licenses have been issued to immigrants, and state officials speculate that most of those have gone to illegal immigrants. However, it's impossible to know for certain because license applicants aren't asked about their immigration status.

How many terrorist activities have these folks engaged in, internationaly and for the past 40 years? How many innocent lives have these folks taken?

Oh ... ZERO ... I see, yup; those are the folks to watch ... sure'nuf .... idiots.

The government did consider “Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, George Washington, Samuel Adams, Alexander Hamilton, and Patrick Henry, among others” to be terrorists and would have summarily hung them all had they be able to get them within the governments power. So those guy hung together (thinly veiled allusion to a Ben Franklin quote) and formed their own government, unfortunately that government has now transmuted itself back to the old government.

And just in case you are arrested by our criminal Federal government and your case goes all the way to the USSC just remember there is a vile POS Marxist scum on the bench who has gone on record AGAINST the Constitution which the criminally ugly witch was supposed to support.

Our government has declared war on us and the enemy is within and embedded in every branch of government. The only thing McCarthy was wrong about was the number of communists in the government. He grossly underestimated the number.

Good job. Have you copied the DHS heirarchy with it? And requested a reply?

they are fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation), anti-global,

The left is constantly griping about all the jobs that got shipped to foreign countries. The leftists are terrorists.

suspicious of centralized federal authority,

The left were suspicious of centralized federal authority when George Bush was President. Funny how they changed their tune.

reverent of individual liberty (especially their right to own guns, be free of taxes)

The left is pretty reverent about their liberty too. They like to grow, smoke, and traffic in marijuana for example when that is clearly in violation of federal and state laws. They also like to occupy public places and refuse to leave even when the police are firing tear gas grenades at them. But we're the terrorists because we simply want the government to adhere to the constitution and exercise a little fiscal restraint?

believe in conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty

like our government is arming Mexican drug cartels and then accusing law abiding citizens of fueling violence in Mexico in order to justify further infringing on the rights of law abiding citizens to keep and bear arms? I guess that doesn't really count as a conspiracy theory anymore though.

Marriage is gay. Borders are open. We’re all guilty until proven innocent.

What a transformation.

Talk about the "enemy within!" If those who are supposed to be protecting us from foreign & internationalist threats, suggest that we should be "international in orientation," we are in very deep trouble.

America was a conscious decision. he Founding Fathers risked everything to not be "international in orientation." (Would anybody even suggest that the idea of remaining under the control of a kindred people--Great Britain--could possibly have been more offensive than being under the control of some completely "international" agency, with little or no semblance to a common culture? This is treason in spirit, if not technically such in law.

This needs to be made an issue in the coming election--perhaps the single most significant issue. Yes we need jobs; we need spending cuts; we need to secure our borders. But it will all be academic if we are "internationalized."

Sorry about the typo in the third paragraph. Of course, I intended it to be “The Founding Fathers.”

We're in good company! Even King George fingered those very same guys as terrorists. Once he moded against them, the Revolution started. Maybe the Liberty Tree will get some nourishment.

It is time for Gov. Butch to return to Arizona especially to the area that is being over run by illegals or even better, NYC.

She should be fired from the DHS, lickity split !

Which aspect of Obama’s agenda doesn’t “involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty”?

That’s his written and implemeted policy!
So, there’s no reason to lable it a “conspiracy”!
