Everyone needs to make sure you use the fact that the morning after pill and other abortion causing drugs are included in the mandate. The Dims keep passing it off as only “contraception” which is not true but more acceptable to the masses.

I’m glad the bishops didn’t fall for the lies.

Weird. This was their statement earlier.

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) sees initial opportunities in preserving the principle of religious freedom after President Obama’s announcement today. But the Conference continues to express concerns. “While there may be an openness to respond to some of our concerns, we reserve judgment on the details until we have them,” said Cardinal-designate Timothy Dolan, president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.

‘The past three weeks have witnessed a remarkable unity of Americans from all religions or none at all worried about the erosion of religious freedom and governmental intrusion into issues of faith and morals,” he said.

‘Today’s decision to revise how individuals obtain services that are morally objectionable to religious entities and people of faith is a first step in the right direction,” Cardinal-designate Dolan said. “We hope to work with the Administration to guarantee that Americans’ consciences and our religious freedom are not harmed by these regulations.”

Obamacare needs to be stopped in it’s entirety.

The whole bill is Unconstitutional.

If Obama pulls this out now what is to say he won’t put it back in later. The Congress is no longer making laws Sebellius is.The EPA is., and the Justice Department is.

The Bishops are acting wisely. If this government isn’t stopped now, there will be no stopping it in the future. The choice and freewill we receive by the grace of God and by the wisdom of our founders will be trampled by arrogant fools who know nothing of either. It’s past time we tell this government it can’t take any more liberty from us.

They’ll have to abandon their priciples - Obama knows they won’t do that - or they’ll have to abandon the hospitals to the government - which is what Obama wants - to use them to run all the other hospitals out of business.

They’ll have to close their schools and chuches too - because the “compromise” has no religious exception whatsoever - but that is just collateral damage.

Obama does not see religion as the enemy but as a weapon.

Hey, Obama! When are your goons going Krystalnachting?

Archbishop Dolan: instead of going to Rome next week to get promoted, suggest instead you check into a Catholic hospital so that you can get a spine installed.

Both Dolan and the whore (Sister Carol Judas Ascariot Keehan) have given Obama a lot of political cover this weekend. Obama’s “accommodation” should have been denounced b4 he finished at the podium.

“The whole bill is Unconstitutional.”

Totally agree and that is my concern, the Bishops did promote the bill (some of them, liberal ones) and yet they are ok with other force being used (mandate). Not consistent is the problem. I am glad they are fighting it but they need to recognize the bigger picture and speak to it also.
